What is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty applies only to Pioneer products purchased from an authorized Pioneer dealer. Products purchased from any other source are sold strictly "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS," with no warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Pioneer is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some states and provinces may not allow the exclusion or limitation of these damages, so the above limitation may not apply.

This warranty does not cover products used in trade, business, or industrial/commercial applications. It also does not apply if the product has been subjected to power exceeding its published rating. Coverage excludes cosmetic scratches, damage or defects from unauthorized alterations or modifications, accidents, collisions, misuse, abuse, use of unauthorized parts or labor, improper installation or maintenance, lightning or power surges, subsequent damage from leaking, inoperative batteries, or batteries not conforming to owner's manual specifications. Costs for parts or labor that would otherwise be covered under warranty but obtained from sources other than Pioneer are not included. Altered, defaced, or removed serial numbers void this warranty.

No Other Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pioneer makes no representations or warranties, and accepts no conditions, regarding this product except as stated herein. Pioneer limits its obligations under any implied warranties and conditions, including but not limited to, warranties of MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, to the duration of the warranty period. No warranties or conditions apply after the warranty period. Some states and provinces may not allow limitations on implied warranty duration, so these limitations may not apply. This warranty grants specific legal rights, and other rights may vary by state or province. If any provision of this limited warranty is deemed invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
