Assembly Steps
Step 1: Prepare the Base
Lay out the base components. Insert 8 dowels (101350) into the pre-drilled holes on the base frame pieces.

Step 2: Attach Side Panels to Base
Connect the first set of side panels to the prepared base frame. Ensure the dowels align with the corresponding holes.

Step 3: Secure Top Frame
Attach the top frame to the side panels. Use 4 long bolts (100001) and 4 long screws (105907) to secure the connection.

Step 4: Install Mattress Support
Place the mattress support base onto the frame. Secure it using 4 short screws (100514) and 4 long bolts (100001).

Step 5: Attach Handles/Levers
Attach the handles/levers (10050797) to the designated points on the side panels.

Step 6: Attach Remaining Side Panels
Attach the second set of side panels. Use 4 cam bolts (128546) and 4 handles/levers (10050797) to connect them to the frame.

Step 7: Secure Structure
Insert 4 cam locks (148624) into the appropriate holes on the side panels. Then, secure the structure using 4 long bolts (100001).

Step 8: Final Tightening
Complete the assembly by securing all remaining connections. Use the remaining 8 long bolts (100001) to ensure the cot is stable and firm.

Important Information
Mattress Compatibility:
The cot is designed for a mattress measuring 60 x 120 cm (47 1/4" x 23 5/8").
The maximum mattress thickness allowed is 12 cm (4 3/4").
