Treadmill supports connecting to mobile App via Bluetooth
The treadmill can connect to mobile applications like FITSHOW, KINOMAP, and ZWIFT via Bluetooth. Note that the scenario simulation functions in these apps may be free for a limited time, with the official app versions holding the final right of interpretation.
FITSHOW
- Scan the provided QR code to download the FITSHOW app and register your personal information.
- Turn on your phone's Bluetooth.
- Open the app, navigate to "Running", and click the "Quick Start" button. The program will connect to the machine. Wait for the mobile phone program to display "connection" and then click to connect directly.
To ensure a correct and fast connection, turn on the treadmill's connection power in advance and ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile phone.

Warm-up
Before exercising, it is recommended to perform stretching exercises. A successful exercise program should include warm-up, aerobic, and cool-down exercises. Aim for at least two to three sessions per week, with one rest day between sessions. After a few months, you can increase to four to five days a week.
Warming up is crucial for fitness. Moderate warm-ups prepare your body for more intense exercise by warming muscles, improving flexibility, enhancing blood circulation, and increasing oxygen supply. Repeated warm-up exercises can also help reduce muscle soreness after aerobic activity. The following warm-up and cool-down exercises are recommended:
1. Stretch Down
With knees slightly curved, slowly bend the body forward, relaxing the back and shoulders. Try to touch your toes. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times. (Visual: Person bending forward to touch toes).
2. Tendon Stretching
Sit on a clean seat cushion with one leg straightened. Place the other leg inward, fitting it snugly against the inside of the straight leg. Try to touch your toes with your hands. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg. (Visual: Person sitting with one leg extended and the other bent inward, reaching for toes).
3. Calf and Heel Stretch
Hold onto a wall or tree with both hands, placing one foot behind the other. Keep the hind leg upright with the heel on the ground, leaning towards the wall or tree. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg. (Visual: Person standing with one leg back, leaning forward against a wall).
4. Head Exercises
Tilt your head to the right (count one), feeling the stretch in the neck muscles. Turn your head back (count two). Turn your head to the left (count three). Finally, turn your head down towards your chest (count four). Relax and repeat the sequence 3 times. (Visual: Sequence of head tilts).
5. Waist Exercise
Stretch your arms to the left and right, then slowly raise them above your head. Hold your right arm as straight as possible towards the ceiling for 1 second, feeling the stretch in your right side. Repeat with your left arm. (Visual: Person stretching arms upwards).
Maintenance Guide
⚠ Warning: Always unplug the treadmill from the power supply before servicing.
- Use a cloth to clean the surface of the product. Thorough cleaning extends the machine's life.
- Regularly remove dust to keep parts clean. Sweep exposed parts of the running belt on both sides to reduce impurity accumulation. Keep sneakers clean to avoid carrying foreign objects under the belt, which can cause wear. Clean the treadmill surface with a soapy damp cloth. Be careful not to splash water on electrical components or under the treadmill.
- Frequently check and lock all parts of the treadmill. Replace defective parts or leave the equipment unused until restoration.
1. Adjust the Running Belt
If the running belt slips or is not smooth, you can adjust its elasticity. There are two adjustment functions: tightness and center position. The belt is factory-adjusted but may stretch and deviate over time, causing rubbing against the pedal edge or rear cover. Belt stretching during use is normal. A side deviation of no more than 5mm when running at no load is also normal.
Adjustment Method (Diagrams are for reference only):
- The running belt deviates to the left: The diagram shows a treadmill belt with an arrow indicating adjustment on the left side.
- Adjustment method: When the power is off, use a 5mm hexagonal wrench to turn the adjusting bolts on the left side clockwise by 1¼ turn. Power on the machine to run and check if the belt is centered. Repeat until centered.
- The running belt deviates to the right: The diagram shows a treadmill belt with an arrow indicating adjustment on the right side.
- Adjustment method: When the power is off, use a 5mm hexagonal wrench to turn the adjusting bolts on the right side clockwise by 1¼ turn. Power on the machine to run and check if the belt is centered. Repeat until centered.
- The running belt is too loose and slips: The diagram shows the belt with arrows indicating tightening on both sides.
- Adjustment: With the power off, use a 5mm hexagonal wrench to turn the left and right rear roller bolts clockwise by 1/4 turn simultaneously to tighten the belt. Power on the machine and test the tightness. Continue this method until appropriate tightness is achieved.
Note: Uneven foot pressure during use can cause belt deviation. This is normal, and the belt should return to center when no one is using it. Do not overtighten the belt, as this can strain bearings and cause noise.
2. Lubricating Oil for Walking Machine
The machine is pre-lubricated. With use, the belt running deck can dry out, increasing friction and potentially wearing the deck and belt. Proper lubrication helps maintain the treadmill. Lubricate approximately every 30 hours of use.
Note: Please use special lubricants for treadmills or contact YOSUDA customer service directly.
How to add lubricant:
- Turn off the power switch and unplug the power plug. Lubricate the lower surface in the middle of the running belt. The diagram shows the belt and deck area for lubrication.
- Cut the oil bottle's mouth to a small opening suitable for injection.
- Lift the running belt, extend the oil bottle to the bottom of the running belt, inject oil into the middle of the running board, and then lower the belt.
- Plug in the power plug and turn on the power switch. After starting the machine, wait one minute for the oil to distribute evenly before using the treadmill.
Note: Exercise caution during lubrication operations.
