The YOSUDA Electric Under Desk Ellipse includes the following components:
- Hand Holder

Remote Control Features: Includes a power button and directional/speed controls.
Control Panel Features: Displays time, distance, speed, calories, counter, and mode indicators. Buttons include FUNCTION, POWER, MODE, DIRECTION, SPEED.
Remote Control Power: Requires 2*AAA 1.5V batteries.
Operation Instruction
General Operation:
- Connect the power cord. The machine will automatically stop every 30 minutes and requires restarting.
- After every 30 minutes of use, allow the machine to rest for 5 minutes for optimal service life.
- The machine offers 1-10 manual gears and 3 pre-programmed gears (P1-P3). Movement direction can be switched in manual gears.
Using the Control Panel:
- After plugging in the power supply, the product is in a connected state ("---").
- Press the "POWER" button once for HR-standby state. Press "POWER" again to start in the first manual gear.
- Press the "FUNCTION" key to cycle through pre-programmed modes: P1, P2, P3.
- In manual gear ("HR" state), press "DIRECTION" to switch movement direction and "SPEED" to adjust speed from 1-10.
- "DIRECTION/SPEED" keys are not operable in P1-P3 pre-programmed modes.
- When the red dot is in "SCAN" mode, display cycles through Time, Distance, Speed, Laps, Calories every 5 seconds.
- Press the "MODE" key to manually select which data to display (the red dot will not be in "SCAN").
Using the Remote Control:
- Press the "POWER" button to display HR state. Press "START/STOP" to begin manual mode.
- When the red dot is in "SCAN" mode, display cycles through Time, Distance, Speed, Laps, Calories every 5 seconds.
- Press the "MODE" button to manually select which data to display (the red dot will not be in "SCAN").
- Press the "FUNCTION" key to switch from manual mode to pre-programmed modes.
Control Panel Display Functions:
- SCAN: Press "MODE" until "SCAN" light is on. Displays each function value every five seconds.
- TIME: Press "MODE" until "TIME" light is on. Shows actual training time.
- DISTANCE: Press "MODE" until "DISTANCE" light is on. Shows walking distance.
- SPEED: Press "MODE" until "SPEED" light is on. Shows current speed.
- COUNTER: Press "MODE" until "COUNTER" light is on. Shows accumulated number of turns.
- CALORIE: Press "MODE" until "CALORIE" light is on. Shows current calories burned.
Pre-programmed Exercise Modes (P)
Press the "FUNCTION" button once for P1, twice for P2, and three times for P3. The pedal will operate at different speeds and directions in these modes. Speed and direction cannot be changed during pre-programmed operation.
Note: Do not step on the machine quickly when it is not energized, as this may overcharge and damage the electrical control circuit board.
Pre-programmed Models Introduction:
- P1: Gentle leg rehabilitation exercises to improve mobility.
- P2: Low-intensity exercise for better prevention of varicose veins.
- P3: Moderate-intensity exercise to burn calories.
Visual representations of P1, P2, P3 show undulating patterns indicating varying speed and direction changes.
Care And Maintenance
Storage
When not in use, store the product in its packaging box in a dry, ventilated, and cool place. Do not twist the power cord. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humid environments like bathrooms.
Cleaning
Before cleaning, unplug the power cord. Use a dry cloth to clean the product surface. Do not use corrosive cleaning agents.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, refer to the following:

- Do not use the product if the power plug is loose.
- Do not drag the product using the power cord.
- Use the machine on a horizontal indoor surface, ensuring at least 1 meter of debris-free space around it.
- If there is a power outage during use, stop using the product. A sudden restoration of power could be hazardous.
