Introduction
The Electric Under Desk Ellipse provides trainers with reasonable lower limb exercises, allowing patients to perform rehabilitation training with ease at home.
The product adopts advanced technologies such as forward and reverse (backward) pedaling timing, and passive and active exercises.
The product can help users perform rehabilitation exercises on the following body parts:
Exercising lower limbs: Including the thighs, legs, knee joints, and ankle joints. Users can more effectively exercise their lower limb strength, and increase the amount of their physical activity, thus improving lower limb motor function, increasing muscle strength, preventing disuse muscle atrophy, improving lower limb blood circulation, promoting proprioception recovery, and achieving better rehabilitation outcomes.
Exercise to improve blood circulation and cardiopulmonary function: Stabilizing and improving the functions of affected limbs and facilitating users to perform more accurate rehabilitation training.

Operation Guide
Operating Method of Monitor Screen Keys
1. Power Connection: Connect the machine to power and switch it on. [I] stands for power on, [0] stands for power off. The [Forward] and [Time] indicators light up, and the display shows information, indicating the machine is in standby status.
2. Mode Button:
A: Standby Status: Press the [Mode] button. The function will cycle through [Forward]-[Reverse]-[Resistance]. The default mode is [Forward]. Press the [Start/Stop] button after selection to operate the machine in the selected mode.
B: Machine Running (FWD/REV Mode): Press this button to switch between [Forward] and [Reverse] modes. Press the [Start/Stop] key before pressing this button to switch to the [Resistance] mode.
C: Resistance State: Pressing this key in the [Resistance] state is ineffective.
3. Start/Stop Button:
A: Standby Mode: Press this button to start the machine.
B: Running Machine: Pressing this button again in any mode will stop the machine immediately.
C: Resistance Mode: When in [Resistance] mode, press the [Start/Stop] button to switch to auto mode.
4. Display/Reset Button:
A: Machine Stops After Running:
Press this button to display "TIME"→"CNT"→"SPEED"→"TIME" data. The default data is time.
Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to clear all data to zero.
B: While the Machine is Running:
Press this button to display "TIME"→"CNT"→"SPEED"→"TIME" data. The default data is time.
Long press this key for 3 seconds will have no effect.
C: Machine Starts Running: The [Time] display will show, and the default value is 30 minutes. The [Time] indicator flashes. The machine will stop after counting down to 0:00. The [CNT] indicator will show the number of runs. Press [Reset] and hold for 3 seconds, and the data will disappear to zero.
5. [Decrease] Key (▼):
A: Set "TIME": When the machine is in standby mode, press the [Display/Reset] button to display "Time" data, and then press the [Decrease] key to reduce the time. The default data is 30 minutes. Note: The time can be adjusted to a minimum of 5 minutes through the descending button. Each press decreases by 5 minutes.
B: Set "SPEED": When the machine is in [Forward] or [Reverse] mode, press the [Display/Reset] button to display "Speed" data, then press the [Decrease] button to decrease the speed.
C: Set "RESISTANCE": When the machine is in [Resistance] mode, press the [Start/Stop] button, and then press the [Decrease] button to decrease the resistance.
6. [Increase] Key (▲):
A: Set "TIME": When the machine is in standby mode, press the [Display/Reset] button to display "Time" data, and then press the [Increase] key to increase the time. The default data is 30 minutes. Note: The time can be adjusted to a maximum of 60 minutes through the increasing button. Each press increases by 5 minutes.
B: Set "SPEED": When the machine is in [Forward] or [Reverse] mode, press the [Display/Reset] button to display "Speed" data, then press the [Increase] key to increase the speed.
C: Set "RESISTANCE": When the machine is in [Resistance] mode, press the [Start/Stop] button, and then press the [Increase] button to increase the resistance.

Remote Control Operate Instruction

Start/Stop Button: In auto mode: Press this button when the product is in standby mode, and the product will start to work. When you press this button while the product is working, the product will stop.
Direction Button: When the product is in auto mode, press this button to switch forward and reverse. Note: It doesn't work when in active manual mode.
Display/Reset Button: Shortly after pressing this button, you can switch the display time, number of turns, and speed. When the product is in standby mode, press for more than 3 seconds to reset the display item (return to zero).
Time/Speed/Resistance:
A: Time Adjustment: When the product is in standby mode, press the "TIME" key to adjust the working time. The default is 30 minutes.
B: Speed Adjustment (Auto Mode): When in auto mode, press the "SPEED" button to adjust the speed. Levels 1-10 can be adjusted.
C: Resistance Adjustment (Standby Mode): When in standby mode, press the "RESISTANCE" button to enter resistance mode. Then press the "Start/Stop" key before adjusting the resistance. Levels 1-10 can be adjusted.
Note: When in auto mode, press the "Start/Stop" key, and then press the "RESISTANCE" button to enter Resistance mode. When in RESISTANCE mode, press the "Start/Stop" key to enter auto mode.
Power off must be operated on the control panel, as the remote control does not have this function. When the machine is working, only the speed is adjustable; the time is not. The effective reception range of the remote control signal is 2.5 meters.

Note:
Under the condition of unplugged, manual mode, there is no overload protection.
In the plugged-in state, it performs auto mode and has overload protection. When the current load is exceeded, the overload protection will be activated automatically, and the [Overload Indicator] will appear on the display.
When overload protection occurs, the machine will automatically stop running. After stopping, first turn off the main power switch, then turn on the main power switch again, and the machine will restart.
Safety Cautions
Before using the mini-elliptical machine, please read the instruction manual carefully and pay attention to the following matters:
Pregnant women should not use this product.
Consult your doctor before using during medical treatment.
If any discomfort occurs, stop using the product immediately.
When not using the product, be sure to unplug it from the power supply.
Please do not disassemble or debug the product at will.
Do not touch the socket or plug when your hands are wet.
Do not use obsolete cords/plugs/sockets.
Do not use the product in high temperature and humid environments.
Do not expose the product to sunlight or moisture for a long time.
Do not place heavy objects on the product.
Do not insert sharp objects into the product.
Do not use the item unaccompanied by children under 12 years of age.
As a proper method, use the product as it is driven by the motor or when it is disconnected from electricity. Do not forcefully stop the rotation or do reverse exercises when the machine is connected to electricity.
People with a history of high blood pressure should not use the machine for long periods of heavy exercise. They are advised to refer to rehabilitation advice or seek a doctor's advice.
Prohibitions
Do not use the equipment standing up.
Do not unplug the machine when it is energized.
Do not start the machine if it has not been secured.
Do not start the machine when the pedal screws at the bottom of the machine are not tightened.
Do not forcefully drag the electric wire when the machine is connected to power.
Do not put your hands/feet into the machine after it is started to prevent injury.
Do not use the machine with bare feet. Use it only when you wear socks and shoes.
Do not use the machine at higher passive motion speeds to avoid muscle strain. Please choose the appropriate speed to use according to your own situation.
Do not perform high-speed pedaling at a low level on the Resistance mode to prevent overload and burning out of the machine (please be sure to adjust to a resistance level appropriate to yourself; never perform fast pedaling at level 1!).
