Instruction of RF54
The document outlines the functions of the RF54 remote control for bedding systems.
Figure 1: Button layout of the remote.
The remote features buttons for massage control (HEAD, FOOT, TIMER/ALL OFF, ON/OFF, MASSAGE TYPE), memory positions (M1, M2), and bed movement (FLAT, HEAD UP, HEAD DOWN, FOOT UP, FOOT DOWN, ZG).
1.1 ZG button (button 10 in figure 1)
Clicking the ZG button moves the actuator to the ZG position and stops when any button is pressed during movement.
Pressing and holding the ZG button for 5 seconds records the current position as the ZG position, indicated by the timer LED flashing.
When moving to memory positions, the head and foot actuators move first, followed by the tilt and lumbar actuators.
1.2 M1 button (button 4 in figure 1)
Clicking the M1 button moves the actuator to the M1 position and stops when any button is pressed during movement.
1.3 M2 button (button 6 in figure 1)
Clicking the M2 button moves the actuator to the M2 position and stops when any button is pressed during movement.

Pressing and holding the FOOT UP button moves the foot actuator outwards. Movement stops when the button is released.
1.7 Foot down (button 12 in figure 1)
Pressing and holding the FOOT DOWN button moves the foot actuator inwards. Movement stops when the button is released.
When moving to the flat position, the lumbar and tilt actuators move first. After a 500ms delay, the head and foot actuators begin to move.
1.8 Flat (button 9 in figure 1)
Clicking the FLAT button flattens the bed. Movement stops when any button is pressed during the process.
1.9 Massage head (button 1 in figure 1)
Clicking the MASSAGE HEAD button cycles through massage intensity levels 0, 1, 2, and 3 for the head massage motor.
1.10 Massage FOOT (button 3 in figure 1)
Clicking the MASSAGE FOOT button cycles through massage intensity levels 0, 1, 2, and 3 for the foot massage motor.
