1. Electrical Configuration Diagram

The diagram illustrates the electrical connections for the OKIN CB1522 control box. Key components and their interconnections are as follows:

  • AC Cable: Connects to the SMPS (Switching Mode Power Supply).
  • SMPS: Connects to a DC Extension Cable.
  • DC Extension Cable: Connects to a USB Transformer Box.

2. Function Picture

The control box, model CB1522, is shown in the accompanying image. The top surface features several control buttons and indicators:

1. Process of Test

1.1. HEAD MOTOR

Connection: Connect the head actuator to the control box.

Operation: Control is managed via the remote.

  • Pressing the 'head up' button on the remote extends the head actuator. Releasing the button stops the movement.
  • Pressing the 'head down' button on the remote retracts the head actuator. Releasing the button stops the movement.

These functions are activated solely by pressing the corresponding buttons on the remote.

1.2. FOOT MOTOR

Connection: Connect the foot actuator to the control box.

Operation: Control is managed via the remote.

  • Pressing the 'foot up' button on the remote extends the foot actuator. Releasing the button stops the movement.
  • Pressing the 'foot down' button on the remote retracts the foot actuator. Releasing the button stops the movement.

These functions are activated solely by pressing the corresponding buttons on the remote.

1.3. Massage

Connection: Connect to the head and foot massage units.

Operation: Control is managed via the remote.

  • Pressing the 'head massage +' button increases the massage intensity by one level.
  • Pressing the 'head massage -' button decreases the massage intensity by one level.

These functions are activated solely by pressing the corresponding buttons on the remote.

1.4. Test for Underbed Light

Operation: Clicking the 'underbed light' button on the remote toggles the underbed light on or off. The status changes with each click.

This function is activated solely by pressing the corresponding button on the remote.

1.5. SYNC Port

Connect with other Control Boxes or accessories using the SYNC port.

1.6. Power LED & PAIRING LED

The PAIRING LED on the control box is blue when powered. The POWER LED is green.

1.7. Power

Connect to a 29V DC power source.

1.8. RESET Button

Pressing and holding the RESET button on the remote causes both the Head and Foot actuators to move to their lowest position.

1.9. Pair Function

Initiating Code Pairing:

  • Double-click the RESET button on the remote. The control box's pairing LED will turn on, indicating it has entered pairing mode.
  • Press and hold the PAIRING LED button on the remote. The backlight of the remote's pairing LED will flash, and the remote will enter code pairing mode.

Successful Pairing: Indicated when the remote's pairing LED backlight stops flashing and the control box's pairing LED turns off.

Troubleshooting: If pairing fails, repeat all the above processes.

1.10. FLAT Function

Operation: Press and release the FLAT button on the remote. The head and foot actuators move to their lower position. If an actuator is free, a single press can also turn off the vibration motor and indicator light. Movement stops when any button is pressed.

This function is activated solely by pressing the corresponding remote button.

1.11. ZERO G Position Function

Operation: Press and release the ZERO G button on the remote. The head and foot actuators move to their preset memory positions. Movement stops when any button is pressed.

This function is activated solely by pressing the corresponding remote button.

1.12. Bluetooth Function

Utilize the dedicated APP to establish a Bluetooth connection for controlling the control box. For comprehensive instructions, consult the "ORE_BLE_USER MANUAL".
