First Steps:

  1. Remove your Rumblex Max from the shipping box and remove all packaging from the unit and accessories.
  2. Remove the plastic screen protector from the control panel.
  3. Inspect all items for any damage.
  4. Read carefully through this user manual and all safety instructions before using the Rumblex Max.
  5. Complete the steps in the EASY-START SETUP GUIDE on page 4 to begin using your Rumblex Max.

Easy-Start Setup Guide

Set up your Lifepro Rumblex Max in just 4 easy steps:

  1. Activate the Remote Control: Press and slide the cover of the remote control. Insert two AAA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity. Replace the battery cover.

  2. Attach the Two Resistance Bands:
    • Loop the end of a resistance band through a metal ring located under the front edge of the Rumblex Max.

How It Works:

The Rumblex Max uses three powerful, ultra-quiet motors: a lateral motor, a horizontal/oscillating motor, and a pulsating (micro-oscillation) motor. These motors combine to create a unique 4D motion that activates all your muscle fibers more efficiently than traditional exercise products. You can create custom workouts with various vibration modes and 99 speed levels.

Tips for Using the Rumblex Max

Safety Tips:

  • Do not get on or off the Rumblex Max until it has completely stopped.
  • Use the remote control to adjust settings once your workout has begun. Avoid reaching for controls while the unit is moving.

  • Do not use for more than 30 minutes per day.

  • Start slow and easy with your workouts.
  • Work your way up to longer, more challenging workouts as your fitness level increases. Consistent use will help you reach your fitness goals.
  • Drink plenty of water before and after exercise.
  • Do not use on a full stomach; wait at least half an hour after eating to begin exercise.

Operating Instructions

Using the Display Panel to Operate the Rumblex Max:

  1. Power Button: Powers the Rumblex Max on and off. The indicator light will illuminate, and the unit will enter standby mode.
  2. Prog/Mode Button: In standby mode, select from 16 preset programs (P0-P16). In manual mode, use this button to choose your vibration manual workout modes (H, L, U, HL, HU, LU, AL) or to change the correct vibration mode.
  3. Start Button: Starts the selected preset program or manual mode workout.
  4. Stop Button: Stops the selected preset program or manual mode workout at any time during exercise.
  5. Speed +/- Buttons: Adjust workout speed after a manual mode workout has begun. Levels range from 1-99.
  6. Speed Window: Shows the current workout speed.
  7. Remote Control Receiver: For best results, aim the remote control directly at the receiver from no more than 3 feet away.
  8. Time/Program Window: In standby mode, this window shows the selected preset program number. In manual mode, this window shows the remaining workout time.
  9. Time +/- Buttons: Set the duration for a manual mode workout, from 1-30 minutes, in one-minute increments.

You can select from 16 preset programs or use manual mode to get the best results from your Rumblex Max. Each preset program offers a different vibration pattern and intensity. Many users find it beneficial to start with a lower speed and gradually increase it as they become accustomed to the sensation.

Choosing a Program in Program Mode:

  1. Press the Power button to turn the unit on.

Manual Mode Workouts

In manual mode, you can create a custom workout by choosing from seven available vibration training modes and setting your custom speed and duration. Refer to the "Choosing a Vibration Mode" and "Setting a Workout Time and Speed" sections for details.

Creating a Custom Workout in Manual Mode:

  1. Press the Power button to turn the unit ON.
  2. Press the Set button on the remote control or the Prog/Mode button on the control panel to toggle through the vibration modes (H, L, U, HL, HU, LU, AL).
  3. Use the Time +/- buttons to set the desired workout duration (1-30 minutes).
  4. Press the Start button to begin your workout.
  5. Use the Speed +/- buttons on the remote control to adjust the speed at any time during the workout.
  6. Press the Stop button on the remote control at any time to stop the workout.

Setting a Workout Time and Speed:

You can set a custom workout duration from 1-30 minutes, in one-minute increments. While in standby mode, you can adjust the speed. You cannot adjust the speed during a workout. The speed for your manual workout will begin automatically at the preset level.
