General Warnings and Important Notes

WARNING: Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in serious injury or death.

WARNING: Prevent serious injury or death from falls or sliding out. Always secure the child in the restraint. NEVER leave the child unattended.

WARNING: The child should be secured in the high chair at all times by the 5-point restraining system, in any recline position. The tray is not designed to hold the child. It is recommended that the high chair be used in the upright position only by children capable of sitting upright unassisted.

IMPORTANT! Follow instructions carefully for safe operation.

IMPORTANT! Inspect product for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts, or sharp edges before assembly and each use. NEVER use if parts are missing or broken.

IMPORTANT! Adult assembly is required.

IMPORTANT! Always check that the high chair is locked in the open position before using.

ATTENTION: Carefully remove parts from the box and check that you have all parts for this model. Some models may have the seat fabric and body insert pre-attached.
