This document provides comprehensive instructions for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Dreame Bot L10 Pro Robot Vacuum and Mop.
Safety Information
General Precautions:
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- Children should not play with the appliance. Ensure children and pets are kept at a safe distance from the robot while it is operating.
- This appliance is intended for indoor household use only. Do not use it outdoors, on non-floor surfaces, or in commercial or industrial environments.
- Do not use the robot in areas located above the floor without a protective barrier.
- Do not use the robot in environments with ambient temperatures above 40°C or below 0°C, or on floors with liquids or sticky substances.
- Clear the floor of wires before using the robot to prevent it from dragging them during cleaning.
- Clear the floor of fragile and small objects to prevent the robot from colliding with them and causing damage.
- Do not allow hair, fingers, and other body parts to enter the robot's suction inlet.
- Keep the brush cleaning tool out of the reach of children.
- Do not place children, pets, or any objects on the robot, whether it is stationary or moving.
- Do not use the robot to clean any burning substances.
- Do not use the robot to clean solid and sharp objects.
- Before cleaning and maintenance, ensure the robot is turned off and the charging dock is disconnected from the power source.
- Do not clean parts of the device with a damp cloth or liquids.
- Use this device in accordance with the user manual. Users are responsible for losses and damages caused by non-compliance with instructions.
Battery and Charging:
- Do not use third-party batteries, chargers, or charging docks. Use only with the RCS0 power adapter.
- Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the battery or charging dock yourself. Do not place the charging dock near a heat source.
- Do not wipe or clean the charging contacts with a wet cloth or wet hands.
- Do not dispose of old batteries improperly. Unused batteries should be handed over to appropriate recycling points.
- If the power cord is damaged or broken, stop using it immediately and contact after-sales service.
- Before transportation, ensure the robot is turned off and, if possible, store it in its original packaging.
- If the robot will not be used for a long period, fully charge it, disconnect it, and store it in a cool, dry place. To prevent excessive battery discharge, charge the robot at least once every 3 months.
- This device is equipped with a battery pack that should only be replaced by qualified technicians or after-sales service personnel.
- Do not transport the robot vacuum at temperatures above 50°C or below -20°C.
- For short periods (e.g., one month), it is recommended to store the vacuum cleaner at temperatures between -20°C and 50°C with a relative humidity of 60% ± 5%. For extended periods, store the vacuum cleaner at ambient temperatures between 0°C and 25°C.
- Dispose of the vacuum cleaner properly. When its service life ends, dispose of the vacuum cleaner in accordance with local laws and regulations of the country or region where it is used. See the barcode label for the production date.

- Power/Cleaning Button: Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn on/off. Press to start cleaning when powered on.
- Dock Button: Press to return the robot to the charging dock.

- Status Indicator: White (solid) - cleaning/cleaning complete; Orange (flashing) - error.
- Wi-Fi Indicator: Slow flashing - waiting for connection; Fast flashing - connecting; Solid - Wi-Fi connected.

- Drop Sensors: Detect edges and prevent falls.
- LDS Laser Navigation Sensor: For precise mapping and navigation.
- High Precision 3D Sensor (Obstacle Avoidance): Detects and avoids obstacles.
- Bumper: Provides protection against collisions.

- Side Brush: Sweeps debris towards the main brush.
- Main Brush: Collects debris from the floor.
- Charging Contacts: For connecting to the charging dock.
- Reset Button: Press and hold for 3 seconds to restore factory settings.

Home Cleaning
Preparation:
- Remove all obstacles from the floor, such as wires (including the charging dock's power cord), towels, slippers, and children's toys, to enhance cleaning efficiency.
- Install physical barriers at the base of stairs and near sofas before cleaning to ensure safety and uninterrupted operation of the vacuum cleaner.
- Open the door of the room where cleaning will take place and arrange furniture properly to free up more space for cleaning.
- Do not stand in front of the robot, in doorways, or in narrow passages, so that the robot can correctly recognize the area to be cleaned.
Preparation for Cleaning
- Remove Protective Film: Remove any protective film from the robot.
- Install Side Brush: Attach the side brush by aligning it with the post and pressing down until it clicks into place.
- Set Up Charging Dock: Place the charging dock on a flat surface against a wall and connect the power. Ensure there are no obstructions within 0.5 meters on the sides and 1.5 meters in front of the dock. Ensure the robot and charging dock are within Wi-Fi range for effective control via the mobile app. Do not place the charging dock in direct sunlight or in areas obstructed by objects, as this may hinder the robot's return to the dock.
- Charge the Robot: Place the robot on the charging station for charging. The robot will automatically turn on and begin charging. It is recommended to fully charge the battery before the first use. It is not recommended to install the mopping module during charging to prevent the wet mop from damaging the floor surface. The Wi-Fi function only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
Connecting to Mi Home/Xiaomi Home App
- Download the App: Search for and download the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app from your mobile app store or by scanning the QR code.
- Add Device: Open the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app, tap the '+' icon in the top right corner, and navigate to the add device page. Scan the QR code to add the “Dreame Bot L10 Pro” device. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the connection.
- Reset Wi-Fi: Open the top cover to reveal the Wi-Fi indicator. Simultaneously press and hold the '[]' and 'o' buttons until you hear a voice prompt "Waiting for network setup." Once the Wi-Fi indicator starts flashing slowly, the robot will enter network connection mode.
Wi-Fi Indicator Status:
- Slow Flashing: Waiting for connection.
- Fast Flashing: Connecting.
- Solid Light: Wi-Fi connected.
Battery Level Indicator:
- White: Battery level above 15%.
- Orange: Battery level at or below 15%.
Note: If your phone cannot connect to the robot, reset the Wi-Fi settings and add the device again. The Wi-Fi network supports only 2.4GHz frequency. The Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app version may have been updated; follow the instructions for the current app version.
Operation Guide
- Power On/Off: Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn on the power indicator (solid light) and put the robot into standby mode. To turn off the robot, press and hold the button for 3 seconds when the robot is stationary.
- Start Cleaning: Press the button to start cleaning. The robot will generate a route, clean along edges and walls sequentially, and then finish cleaning each room in an S-shaped pattern to ensure cleaning quality.
- Cleaning Modes: Four cleaning modes are available in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app: Silent, Standard, Intense, and Turbo. Standard mode is the default.
- Pause/Sleep Mode:
- Pause: Press any button to pause the robot during cleaning.
- Sleep Mode: If the robot receives no task for 10 minutes, it will automatically enter sleep mode, and the power and charging indicators will turn off. Press any button to activate the robot.
Note: If the robot is not charging, it will automatically turn off after 12 hours in sleep mode. If the robot stops, place it on the charging dock to complete the current cleaning task.
- Do Not Disturb Mode: In "Do Not Disturb" mode, the robot cannot automatically resume cleaning tasks. The power indicator remains off. You can enable "Do Not Disturb" mode or change its time range using the app (default is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM).
- Local Cleaning Mode: If the robot is in standby or paused mode, press and hold the button for 3 seconds to enter local cleaning mode. The robot will clean an area within a 1.5 x 1.5 meter radius around itself. After completing local cleaning, the robot will automatically return to its original position and turn off.
- Scheduled Cleaning: "Scheduled Cleaning" can be set up in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app. The robot will automatically start cleaning at the scheduled time and return to the charging dock after completion.
- Advanced App Features: The Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app offers advanced features such as zone cleaning, scheduled zone cleaning, restricted zones/virtual walls, etc. Follow the in-app instructions to use these features.
Notes:
- Ensure the robot vacuum is fully charged before starting and initiates from the charging dock. Do not move the charging dock during cleaning.
- If the battery level is too low, the robot will automatically return to the charging dock. After charging to the required level, the robot will return to the last section and continue the unfinished task (requires enabling the resume cleaning function in the app beforehand).
- After activating local cleaning mode, the current cleaning task will be completed.
- Follow the instructions in the app interface to use more features. The app version may have been updated or partially changed; follow the instructions for the current app version.
Mopping Function
For best results, it is recommended to start using the mopping mode after 3 uses of the robot.
- Prepare Mop Pad: Wet the mop pad and wring out excess water. Insert the mop pad fully into the water tank slot until securely fastened.
- Fill Water Tank: Open the water tank lid, fill the tank with clean water, and close the lid tightly.
- Attach Water Tank: Insert the water tank vertically into the rear of the robot until you hear a click. Start cleaning by pressing the button or via the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app.
- Remove Water Tank: Press the two side clips inward and push the water tank backward to remove it.
Notes:
- It is not recommended to use the mopping function on carpets.
- Adjust water flow to the mop pad as needed using the mobile app.
- After use, remove the mop module, drain any remaining water from the tank, and clean the mop pad to prevent mold and odors. Do not expose the tank to direct sunlight.
Regular Maintenance
Cleaning the Dustbin and Filter:
- Open the robot's top cover and press the dustbin clips to remove it.
- Open the dustbin lid as shown by the arrow and empty its contents.
- Remove the filter, tap the filter housing to remove as much dirt as possible.
- Rinse the dustbin and filter with water, then reinstall them after drying completely.
Notes:
- Do not attempt to clean the filter with a brush or fingers.
- Do not use cleaning or disinfecting agents.
- Only use clean water to clean the filter. Do not use detergents.
- Use the filter only after it has completely dried.
Cleaning the Mop Module:
- Press the clips on the side of the water tank, remove the mop module, and take out the mop pad.
- Drain any remaining water from the water tank. Rinse the tank with water and dry it thoroughly or let it air dry.
- Rinse the mop pad with water and dry it.
- If the water flow is weak or uneven, clean the air vent at the top of the water tank lid.
Notes:
- After use, remove the mop pad from the module to prevent dirty water from flowing back into the tank and clogging the water outlet.
- For optimal robot performance, it is recommended to replace the mop pad every 3-6 months.
Cleaning the Main Brush:
- Press the clips on both sides of the main brush inward to remove the cover and lift the brush upwards.
- Remove the covers on both sides of the main brush as shown in the figure. Remove tangled hair from the brush and bearings using the cleaning tool.
Notes: If there is a lot of tangled hair on the brush, do not pull it forcefully to avoid damaging the brush.
Cleaning the Side Brushes:
- Remove the side brushes. Clean the brushes using the cleaning tool.
Cleaning the Main Wheel/Guide Wheels:
- Turn the wheel axles with small tools.
Cleaning Sensors and Charging Contacts:
- LDS Laser Sensor/Edge Sensor: Wipe with a dry cloth.
- Drop Sensor: Wipe with a dry cloth.
- High Precision 3D Sensor: Wipe with a dry cloth.
- Charging Contacts: Wipe the charging contacts on the robot and the charging dock with a dry cloth.
Note: For cleaning the internal surfaces of the robot or the charging dock with sensitive electronic components, use a dry towel. Do not use a damp towel to avoid water damage.
Troubleshooting (FAQ)
Problem Type | Solution |

Robot does not turn on | Low battery level. Charge the robot on the charging dock, then try again. Ambient temperature is too low (below 0°C) or too high (above 40°C). The robot's operating temperature range is 0°C to 40°C. |
Robot does not charge | The charging dock is not connected to the power source. Ensure both ends of the power cord are connected correctly. Weak contact.
