Cisco Desk Phone 9861

The Cisco Desk Phone 9861 is available in two versions: the 9861 model with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® capabilities, and the 9861NR model without Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Both versions share the same hardware features.
