The new FLEX CG 310 18 cordless cartridge gun simplifies and enhances precision in sectors such as renovation and new construction, bathrooms and sanitary installations, as well as for tilers, floor layers, painters, and in the automotive industry for windshield replacements. The device impresses with its substantial compression force of 3,000 Newtons and adjustable speed, ranging from 0-0.5 to 14 mm/s, selectable according to requirements. The integrated anti-drip function reliably prevents unwanted material leakage. Furthermore, the cordless cartridge gun allows for quick and easy cartridge changes and features a 360° positioning for maximum application flexibility.
Significant Compression Force and Precise Dosing
The powerful and robust motor of the FLEX CG 310 18 provides a strong thrust of up to 3,000 Newtons, enabling both slow and fast application speeds. Integrated software automatically adjusts the speed based on material viscosity, ensuring a constant working speed. Especially with tough materials like construction adhesives or windshield adhesives, the considerable power reserve is ideal for efficient and precise work.
Rapid Advancement Based on 6 Speed Levels: A sensitive two-finger trigger allows for comfortable and precise adjustment of the application speed. A 6-position adjustment wheel offers flexible control of the advancement, from 0.5 mm/s – for delicate and small joints – up to 14 mm/s for fast work and wide joints. Level 1 is particularly suitable for fine applications with materials like acrylic or silicone.
Thanks to the flexible range, users can work with cartridges, sausage packs, or directly from a bucket – a perfect feature for all trades and a wide range of materials, from very soft to very hard sealants and adhesives. This makes the CG 310 18 suitable for universal and professional use across a broad spectrum of applications.
Trigger Lock for Transport
The trigger can be easily locked and unlocked for transport. The ergonomically positioned locking mechanism is located directly above the trigger and can be conveniently operated without changing hand position.
Anti-Drip Function for Precise and Clean Work
As soon as the trigger is released, the motor briefly reverses, immediately reducing the compression force and reliably preventing unwanted material dripping. The result: clean joints and precise work progress without material waste.
Bayonet Mount for Quick and Easy Cartridge Holder Replacement
The cartridge gun features a practical bayonet mount that allows for rapid replacement of the cartridge holder without the need for lengthy screwing. Even with adhesive residue at the connection point, replacement remains simple and fast.
360° Positioning for Maximum Flexibility
The cartridge holder or tube can be freely rotated 360°, allowing for particularly flexible and comfortable working. For example, a beveled nozzle can be guided precisely into the desired position along an edge, always remaining manageable and accurate, for perfect results in any work situation.

A powerful integrated LED light ensures optimal illumination of the work area, even in low-light conditions or dark environments.
Easily Storable Thanks to Large, Stable Hook
