Accurate, Effective, and Economical: The New 18V Cordless Cartridge Gun from FLEX

The new CG 310 18 cordless cartridge gun simplifies and refines work in the renovation and new construction sectors. It is ideal for tilers, floor layers, bathroom and sanitary installers, painters, and for replacing car windows in the automotive industry. The device impresses with a strong thrust of 3,000 Newtons and a rapid drive speed of 0-0.5 to 14 mm/s, which can be individually pre-selected as needed. An integrated anti-drip function reliably prevents unwanted material leakage. Furthermore, the cordless cartridge gun allows for quick and easy changing of cartridges and 360° positioning for maximum application flexibility.

Strong Thrust and Precise Dosing

The powerful and robust motor of the FLEX CG 310 18 provides a strong drive force of up to 3,000 Newtons, enabling both slow and fast drive speeds. The integrated software automatically adjusts the speed to the respective material viscosity and supports a constant working speed. The immense power reserves are ideal for efficient and precise work, especially with hard materials such as construction adhesive or window sealant.

Fast Drive with 6-Speed Pre-selection Option

Sensitive two-finger control allows for comfortable and precise dosing of the drive speed. With a six-position rotary knob, the drive speed can be flexibly set from 0.5 mm/s for fine, small joints to 14 mm/s for fast work and wide joints. Level 1 is particularly ideal for fine applications with materials such as acrylic or silicone. Thanks to this flexible range, users can process cartridges, sealant bags, and even material directly from buckets – perfect for all trades and a wide range of materials, from very soft to very hard sealing and adhesive compounds. This means the CG 310 18 can be used universally and professionally for the most diverse applications.

Transport Lock

The trigger can be easily locked and unlocked for transport. The ergonomically positioned locking mechanism is located directly above the trigger and can be easily operated without changing hand position.

Drip-Free Function for Clean and Precise Work

As soon as the trigger is released, the motor automatically reverses briefly. This immediately reduces the thrust and reliably prevents unwanted dripping of the material. The result: clean joints and precise work without material loss.

Bayonet Connection for Quick and Easy Holder Replacement

The cartridge gun is equipped with a practical bayonet connection that allows the holder to be quickly exchanged without needing to be screwed on for a long time. Even if there are adhesive residues on the connection, it can be replaced quickly and easily.

360° Positioning for Maximum Flexibility

The holder or tube can be rotated 360° freely, allowing for particularly flexible and convenient work. An angled nozzle, for example, can be precisely guided along an edge in the desired position. Operation remains effortless and precise – for perfect results in any work situation.

Bright and Powerful LED Light

An integrated, powerful LED light ensures optimal illumination of the work area – even in poor lighting conditions or dark environments.

Large and Sturdy Hook for Easy Storage

Thanks to a large, robust hook, the cartridge gun can be stored safely and within reach, close to the work area. This means the device is always readily accessible, even in demanding situations.

The CG 310 18 C cordless cartridge gun is available with a 310 holder, a 374 mm push rod, a cartridge nozzle, a hook, and an Allen key in a box starting July 2025.

The CG 310/600 18 is available in a transport case with a 310 holder, a 374 mm push rod, a 600 mm extrusion tube, a 498 mm push rod, a nozzle cap, a cartridge nozzle, a foil bag nozzle, a bucket material nozzle, 3 x nozzles, a hook, and an Allen key.

Special savings tip: The cardboard version of the CG 310 18 C cordless cartridge gun can also be ordered as part of the FLEXPACK 18.
