The new FLEX CG 310 18 cordless cartridge press simplifies and enhances precision in various applications, including renovations, new constructions, tiling, floor laying, bathroom and sanitary installations, painting, and automotive windscreen replacement. This device boasts a powerful 3,000 Newton pressure force and an adjustable feed rate ranging from 0-0.5 to 14 mm/s. An integrated no-drip function prevents material leakage, while the cordless design allows for quick cartridge changes and 360° positioning for maximum user flexibility.
Strong Pressure Force and Precise Dosing
The robust motor of the FLEX CG 310 18 delivers up to 3,000 Newtons of thrust, supporting both slow and fast feed speeds. Integrated software automatically adjusts the speed based on material viscosity, ensuring a consistent working pace. Its substantial power reserves are ideal for efficient and precise application of demanding materials like construction adhesives and window adhesives.
Fast Feed with Six Speed Preselections
A sensitive two-finger trigger enables convenient and precise adjustment of the feed speed. The feed rate is adjustable via a 6-speed dial, ranging from 0.5 mm/s for delicate applications to 14 mm/s for rapid work on wide joints. Speed setting 1 is particularly suited for fine applications with materials such as acrylic or silicone. This versatility allows for processing of cartridges, tubular bags, and direct application from buckets, making it suitable for all trades and a wide spectrum of materials, from soft sealants to hard adhesives.
Trigger Lock for Transport
The trigger can be easily locked and unlocked for safe transport. The ergonomically positioned locking mechanism is located directly above the trigger, allowing for convenient operation without altering hand position.
Clean No-Drip Function for Precise Work
Upon releasing the trigger, the motor briefly reverses, reducing pressure and reliably preventing unwanted material dripping. This ensures clean joints, precise work, and no material waste.
Bayonet Connection for Quick Holder Replacement
The cartridge press features a practical bayonet connection for rapid holder changes without extensive screwing. This system is quick and easy to use, even with residual adhesive on the connection.
360° Positioning for Maximum Flexibility
The holder or tube can be rotated freely through 360°, offering exceptional flexibility and convenience. This allows for precise guidance of angled nozzles along edges, ensuring effortless handling and perfect results in any work situation.
Bright and Powerful LED Light
An integrated, powerful LED light provides optimal illumination of the work area, even in low-light or dark environments.
Large and Sturdy Hook for Easy Storage
A generously sized, robust hook allows for safe and accessible storage of the cartridge gun near the work area, ensuring it is always within reach.
Product Configurations
The CG 310 18 C cordless cartridge press is available from July 2025 in a cardboard box, including a 310 cartridge holder, 374 mm push rod, cartridge pressure piece, hook, and Allen key. The CG 310/600 18 model is offered in a transport case and includes a 310 cartridge holder, 374 mm push rod, 600 mm discharge tube, 498 mm push rod, nozzle cap, cartridge pressure piece, film bag pressure piece, bucket material pressure piece, three nozzles, a hook, and an Allen key.
Special Offer: The cardboard box version of the CG 310 18 C can also be purchased as part of the FLEXPACK 18.
