The new 18 V cordless caulking gun from FLEX, model CG 310 18, simplifies work and enhances precision in renovation and new construction sectors, as well as for tilers, floor layers, bathroom and sanitary technicians, painters, and for vehicle windshield replacement.
The machine impresses with a strong thrust of 3,000 Newtons and a variable feed speed from 0-0.5 to 14 mm/s, which can be individually adjusted as needed. An integrated anti-drip function reliably prevents material from dripping. Furthermore, changing the cartridge in the cordless caulking gun is quick and easy, and the holder can be positioned at 360° for maximum application flexibility.
Strong Thrust and Precise Dosing
The powerful and robust motor in the FLEX CG 310 18 delivers a strong thrust of up to 3,000 Newtons, enabling both slow and fast feed speeds. Integrated software automatically adjusts the speed to the respective material viscosity, ensuring a constant working speed. The ample power reserves are ideal for efficient and precise work, especially with hard materials like construction adhesive or window sealant.
6-Step Adjustable Feed Speed
A sensitive trigger allows for easy and convenient adjustment of the feed speed. A 6-step rotary dial can be used to adjust the feed speed from 0.5 mm/s for intricate, small beads to 14 mm/s for rapid work and wide seams. Step 1 is particularly ideal for fine application of materials like acrylic or silicone.
Thanks to this flexibility, cartridges, sausage packs, or direct bucket application are possible. This makes it perfect for all trades and allows for the use of many different materials, from very soft to very hard sealing and adhesive products. This means the CG 310 18 can be used universally and professionally for a wide range of applications.
Trigger Lock for Transport
The trigger can be easily locked and unlocked for transport. The ergonomically placed locking mechanism is located directly above the trigger and can be conveniently operated without moving your hand.
Clean and Precise Work with Anti-Drip Function
When the trigger is released, the motor automatically reverses briefly. This immediately reduces the thrust and reliably prevents material from dripping. The result: clean beads and precise work results without material loss.
Bayonet Coupling for Quick and Easy Holder Change
The caulking gun features a practical bayonet coupling that allows for quick changes of the holder without the need for screwing. Even if there are adhesive residues in the connection, changing the holder is fast and easy.
360° Positioning for Maximum Flexibility
The holder or tube can be rotated freely 360°, allowing for very flexible and comfortable work. For example, a beveled nozzle can be precisely guided along an edge into the desired position. Handling remains simple and precise for perfect results in all work situations.
Powerful LED Light
An integrated, powerful LED light provides optimal illumination of the work area, even in poor lighting conditions or dark environments.
Large and Robust Hook for Easy Storage
A large, robust hook allows the caulking gun to be stored securely and within reach, close to the work area. This ensures the equipment is always readily accessible, even in demanding situations.
