3.1 Wearing Styles

3.2 Adjusting the Headset
Adjust the headband size so the headset fits your head.
When using the microphone, position it close to your mouth.
SAFETY NOTE: Microphones may be used to record private conversations.
3.3 Foldable Headset
The earcups can be folded flat for easy storage.
4. Charging Instructions
You can charge the headset using the optional charging stand, or a USB charging cable plugged directly into the headset.
Allow approximately 1 hour 30 minutes for a full charge. Fully charged, the battery indicates 37 hours of battery life. If the headset is completely discharged, 15 minutes of charging provides 8 hours of battery life.
4.1 Charging with Charging Stand (Optional Accessory)
Connect the charging stand to a USB port providing power from your computer using the supplied charging cable, then place the headset on the charging stand. Alternatively, you can plug the charging stand into a USB power source.

The headset's battery LED flashes white briefly to indicate the headset is correctly placed on the charging stand.
The battery LED then flashes briefly in green, yellow, or red to indicate the current battery charge status. When the LED turns solid green, the headset is fully charged.
4.2 Charging with USB Charging Cable
Plug the USB charging cable into the USB-C charging port on the right earcup and into one of the USB ports on your computer. It is recommended to charge the headset using the supplied Jabra charging cable. However, you can also use a compatible charger.

4.3 Sleep Mode
If the headset is on and you are not listening to music or on a call, it automatically enters sleep mode after 30 minutes to conserve battery life. To exit sleep mode, simply press any button.
You can adjust the duration before the headset enters sleep mode using the Jabra Sound+ app on your smartphone or Jabra Direct on your computer.
The headset will turn off completely after being in sleep mode for 24 hours. To turn on the headset, slide the On/Off switch to Off and then to On.

6. Connection Instructions
6.1 Connecting to a Computer
Connect the supplied Jabra Link 380/390 to one of the USB ports on your computer. The Jabra Evolve2 65 and Jabra Link 380/390 are pre-paired and ready to use. Their Bluetooth range reaches 30 m.

To hear music through the headset, select the Jabra Link 380/390 as the playback device in your operating system's audio settings.
To manually pair the Jabra Evolve2 65 with the Jabra Link 380/390, download and use Jabra Direct.
Before first use, we recommend updating the headset firmware via Jabra Direct or Jabra Sound+.
SAFETY NOTE: Data exchange between the headset and USB peripherals or ports is not encrypted.
6.2 Pairing with a Smartphone
- Slide and hold the On/Off switch to the Bluetooth position until the LED flashes blue and you hear an announcement in the headset.
- Go to your smartphone's Bluetooth menu and select Jabra Evolve2 65 from the list of available devices.
Before first use, we recommend updating the headset firmware via Jabra Direct or Jabra Sound+.
SAFETY NOTE: The headset uses a secure Bluetooth connection with a 128-bit encryption key. If your Bluetooth device does not support secure connections, it will not be able to pair or connect to the headset.
7. Usage Instructions
7.1 Power On/Off
Slide the On/Off switch to the On or Off position to turn the headset on or off.

7.2 Calls and Music
Right side controls for Calls and Music:
- Answer call: Press the Multifunction button. Alternatively, position the microphone boom arm downwards to answer a call.
- End call: Press the Multifunction button.
- Reject call: Press the Multifunction button twice.
- Bring Microsoft Teams to the foreground on your computer: Press the Microsoft Teams button* (when connected to Microsoft Teams).
- Join an active Microsoft Teams meeting: Press the Microsoft Teams button* (when connected to Microsoft Teams).
- View missed calls and voicemail from Microsoft Teams: Press the Microsoft Teams button* (when connected to Microsoft Teams).

Music Controls:
- Play/Pause Music: Press the Music Play/Pause button. Alternatively, the headset pauses music when placed on a flat surface, and resumes music when lifted from a flat surface.
- Adjust Volume: Press the Volume Up or Volume Down button while listening to music or during a conversation.
- Next Track: Press the Volume + button.
- Replay Track or Go to Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume - button for 1 second to restart the current track. Press and hold twice to replay the previous track.
- Activate/Deactivate Busylight: Press the Volume + and Volume - buttons simultaneously.
- Check Battery Level: Press the Volume + or Volume - button when not in a conversation and not listening to music.
7.3 Busylight(s)
The headset's Busylight(s) automatically turn red when you are on a call to indicate to people around you that you are busy. To automatically activate/deactivate the Busylight(s), press the Volume + and Volume - buttons simultaneously.
7.4 Mute/Unmute using the Microphone Boom Arm
You can mute the headset's microphone by moving the boom arm upwards, or activate it by moving it downwards. This function is enabled by default and can be disabled using Jabra Direct from your smartphone or Jabra Direct on your computer.

7.5 Answer a Call using the Microphone Boom Arm
You can answer an incoming call by moving the microphone boom arm downwards, close to your mouth. This function is enabled by default and can be disabled using Jabra Direct from your smartphone or Jabra Direct on your computer.

7.6 Voice Assistant
The Jabra Evolve2 65 allows you to speak to Siri, Google Assistant on your smartphone using the Voice button.

7.7 MultiUse
You can pair the headset with up to 8 Bluetooth devices, and connect with two Bluetooth devices simultaneously (e.g., the Jabra Link 380/390 and a smartphone, or two smartphones). The headset can accept multiple incoming calls from both devices.
To pair your headset with two smartphones, initiate the usual pairing process for each smartphone (refer to section 6).
Note: The voice assistant will be activated on the last paired smartphone.
7.8 Manage Multiple Calls
The headset can accept and handle multiple calls simultaneously.
Call Management Actions:
- End current call and answer incoming call: Press the Multifunction button.
- Pause current call and answer incoming call: Press the Multifunction button for 2 seconds*.
- Switch between paused call and active call: Press the Multifunction button for 2 seconds*.
- Reject incoming call while in conversation: Press the Multifunction button twice.
*Excluding Microsoft Teams model
7.9 Voice Guidance
Voice guidance provides setup instructions, as well as information about your headset (connection status, battery, etc.).
Voice guidance is enabled by default.

Alternatively, you can use Jabra Direct on your computer or Jabra Sound+ from your smartphone to activate or deactivate voice guidance.

7.10 Sidetone (Local Effect)
The Sidetone function allows you to hear your own voice better when you are online, which improves the quality of your conversations.
You can configure the Sidetone function using the Jabra Sound+ app from your smartphone or Jabra Direct on your computer.
7.11 Reset Instructions
Resetting the headset erases the list of paired devices and resets all settings.

Software updates improve performance or add new features to Jabra devices.
Before first use, we recommend updating the headset firmware via Jabra Direct. You can update the firmware using Jabra Direct or the Jabra Sound+ app. Both applications will inform you of new firmware updates available.

9.2 Headset Care
- Always store the headset in the supplied pouch.
- To avoid rapid discharge or battery capacity loss, avoid storing the headset in hot or cold environments (e.g., a closed car in summer, winter conditions).
- Preferably store the headset at a temperature between -20 °C and 55 °C.
- Do not store the headset for extended periods without recharging (max. three months).
