Warranty

DigiTech warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only in the United States and is non-transferable. To validate the warranty, please register online at digitech.com within ten days of purchase. DigiTech's liability is limited to repairing or replacing defective materials. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service. The warranty is void if the product is tampered with by unauthorized personnel or used with incorrect AC voltages. DigiTech is not liable for special or consequential damages.

A Return Authorization Number is required for all factory returns. No returned products will be accepted without one.

After warranty expiration, a charge will apply for parts, labor, and packing. The customer is responsible for transportation charges to the factory. If the product is under warranty, DigiTech will pay for return shipping.

Use original packing material. Mark packages as "DELICATE INSTRUMENT, FRAGILE!" and insure properly. Ship prepaid, not collect. Do not ship parcel post.

Introduction

The DigiTech Mosaic 12-string effect pedal creates a lush, shimmering chordal effect reminiscent of a 12-string guitar, suitable for both acoustic and electric instruments. Its true bypass design ensures your tone remains unaffected when the effect is bypassed.

The LEVEL control blends the 12-string effect with the dry signal, while the TONE control enhances high frequencies. To use the pedal, enable the effect with the Footswitch (indicated by the LED). Adjust the LEVEL knob to blend the effect and the TONE knob for high-frequency enhancement.

For a thicker sound, try lowering the LEVEL and increasing the TONE. Subtle LEVEL settings around 9 o'clock are good for chords, while higher settings around 12 o'clock suit arpeggios.

User Interface

The Mosaic pedal features the following controls:

Power Connector: Connect the provided power adapter here. Use only the supplied adapter.
Level Knob: Adjusts the level of the effect signal.
Tone Knob: Makes the tone brighter and more enhanced as it is turned up.
Output Jack: Connect to an amplifier's input, the next pedal on your board, or an amp's effects return.
Input Jack: Connect your instrument to this jack.
Effect LED: Indicates when the effect is on (LED lit) or bypassed (LED off).
Effect Footswitch: Toggles the effect on and off.

Making Connections / Applying Power

To connect the Mosaic pedal to your rig:

Turn down your amplifier's master volume.
Make all audio connections as shown in the diagram.
Connect the included power supply to the POWER input connector and plug the other end into an AC outlet.
Strum your guitar and gradually increase your amplifier's master volume until the desired level is achieved.
