- Allow 10-15 minutes for the product to acclimatize in a new environment before measuring.
- Ensure the ambient temperature for measuring is stable. Do not measure in places with large airflow (e.g., fans, air outlets).
- If the measured object comes from a place with a large temperature difference, allow it to acclimatize in the measurement environment for 10-30 minutes before measuring.
- The product measures surface temperature. Adjust temperature compensation in the Settings menu if needed.
- The product has a self-calibration function. Wait for readings to stabilize if they fluctuate rapidly.
- After measuring extremely high or low temperature objects, wait 10 minutes before the next measurement.
- Do not use the product in strong sunlight or areas with electromagnetic interference.
- Avoid using the product in flammable, explosive, steamy, wet, or corrosive environments.
- Discontinue use if the product is damaged or modified to prevent inaccurate measurements.
- Use the correct emissivity setting for accurate temperature readouts.
- Warm up the product for 10-15 minutes before measuring if it has not been used for a long time.
