Philips BVP158 LED Floodlight
Mounting Instructions
This document provides mounting instructions and technical specifications for the Philips BVP158 LED Floodlight series. The luminaire is designed for outdoor use and features selectable color temperatures (3000K, 4200K, 6500K) and an IP65 rating for dust and water protection.

*Default setting is 4200K.
Mounting and Installation
Color Temperature Selection
The luminaire features a Multi Color switch to set the desired color temperature: 3000K (Warm White), 4200K (Neutral White - default), or 6500K (Cool White).
To change the color temperature:
- Remove the CCT cover.
- Locate the CCT Selectable Switch.
- Set the switch to WW (3000K), NW (4200K), or CW (6500K).
- Ensure the CCT switch cover is replaced tightly to prevent water ingress.
General Installation Precautions
- Read these mounting instructions carefully before installation.
- Do not switch on the luminaire before complete installation.
- Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the latest IEE electrical regulations or national requirements.
- The external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is not replaceable. If the cord is damaged, the luminaire must be destroyed.
- The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable. When the light source reaches its end of life, the entire luminaire shall be replaced.
- The luminaire complies with IEC 60598.
- Do not use or store the luminaire in corrosive environments containing hazardous materials such as Sulphur, Chlorine, or phthalates.
Mounting Bracket and Dimensions
The luminaire is available in two configurations regarding mounting: models 10W/20W/30W/50W are supplied without a buckle, while models 70W/100W/150W/200W are supplied with a buckle for mounting.

Ensure the luminaire is installed securely according to national regulations to prevent it from falling.
Electrical Wiring and Connections
Junction Box Requirements
Use a minimum IP65 rated junction box or connector for direct wiring with the luminaire. An IP68 junction box is also acceptable.
The exposed wire length for all models is 1000mm.
Wiring
- N (Neutral): Blue wire
- L (Line): Brown wire
- GND (Ground): Yellow-Green wire
The terminal block used must comply with EN60998-2-1 / EN60998-2-2 standards.

Important Safety Warnings
- The luminaire must not be used in submerged wet conditions (e.g., under water, soil, snow).
- Wiring connections must also not be used in submerged wet conditions.
- Warranty is void if instructions/guidelines are not followed.
- This product is not supplied with a junction box or connector.
- For clarification, contact the manufacturer.

The symbol of a crossed-out wheelie bin indicates that this product must not be disposed of with other household waste across the EU. To prevent harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. Use return and collection systems or contact the retailer for environmental safe recycling.
