Mounting Options

The CoreLine FastSet SM155C luminaires are designed for versatile installation and support the following mounting methods:

Suspended Mounting: Achieved using the SM155Z Suspension set CL fastset (12NC: 911401856685).
Horizontal Wire Mounting: Also utilizes the SM155Z Suspension set CL fastset (12NC: 911401856685).
Besa Bracket Mounting: Requires the SM155Z Besa Bracket set CL fastset (12NC: 911401892985).
Direct Ceiling/Wall Mounting: The luminaire can be mounted directly onto a surface. An option for a 20mm distance from the ceiling is also available.

Installation and Wiring

Electrical Connections

Always ensure the power supply is disconnected before commencing any electrical work.

Cable Entry: The luminaires feature side entry for line mounting. The recommended cable diameter is between 9-11mm. Using a white cable is advised for clarity.

Wiring: Connect the luminaire to the [Live] (L) and [Neutral] (N) terminals. For multi-luminaire installations in a single line, ensure all luminaires are set to the same luminous flux level (high/low) if different lengths are used.

Preparation: Ensure the mounting surface is suitable and all necessary accessories are available.
Mounting Bracket (if applicable): Attach any required mounting brackets or suspension hardware to the ceiling or wall.
Luminaire Attachment: Secure the luminaire body to the prepared mounting structure. For direct mounting, this may involve screwing the luminaire base to the surface.
Electrical Connection: Open the luminaire and connect the mains wiring (L, N) to the appropriate terminals. Ensure all connections are secure.
Configuration: Set the desired Color Temperature (3000K or 4000K) and Lumen Output (High/Low) using the integrated switches or driver settings, as applicable to the model (PSU, WIA, PSED).
Closing the Luminaire: Carefully close the luminaire, ensuring all seals are correctly positioned if required.

Safety and Usage Notes

Light Source: The light source in this luminaire is not user-replaceable and should only be serviced or replaced by the manufacturer, their service agent, or similarly qualified personnel.
Thermal Insulation: These luminaires are not suitable for covering with thermally insulating material.
Environment: Do not use or store the luminaire in corrosive environments containing hazardous materials such as Sulphur, Chlorine, or Phthalates.
Dust Accumulation: Install only in environments where dust accumulation is not expected.
Usage: For indoor use only.
Ratings: The luminaires typically feature IP44 protection against dust and water ingress and IK06 impact resistance.
