Notes on Bluetooth Connectivity
- Bluetooth is a wireless radio technology, which means it is sensitive to objects between the headphones and the connected device.
- The headphones are designed for use within 10 meters (approx. 33 feet) of a connected device, without large objects in between (e.g., walls).
- After successful pairing, the headphones will remember the device and automatically connect to it when turned on in the future.
- Only one device can be connected at a time. To connect to another device, you must first unpair from the current device via Bluetooth settings.
- If the Bluetooth connection is lost for any reason, you must manually reconnect the Bluetooth device again.

- The AUX input overrides the connection to the Bluetooth device. Unplug the AUX cable to return to Bluetooth.
- The button functions for the Bluetooth device do not work while the AUX input is connected.
- Volume depends on AUX device settings. Adjust accordingly.
Caution
- Avoid getting moisture and liquid in the headphone cups.
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
- Avoid dropping or crushing the headphones, pulling hard on or applying other extreme force to the cable, or bending the cable at a sharp angle.
- Wax can build up in the headphone cups, which can degrade sound quality. Gently remove wax with a q-tip or other small tool to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try turning down the volume or stop using the product for a period.
- If you experience persistent discomfort when using this product, stop using it and consult a doctor.
- We recommend treating the headphones the same way you treat expensive sunglasses, and storing them in a safe place when not in use.
