The inVENTer Pure series offers advanced ventilation control solutions for modern living spaces. This guide covers essential operations for models like the Pure p4 and Pure p4 Fire.

Key Operations

Setting Output Level

Adjust the fan speed to different levels:

  • Level 1: Touch the top switch once. Fan speed: 25%.
  • Level 2: Touch the top switch twice. Fan speed: 50%.
  • Level 3: Touch the top switch three times. Fan speed: 100%.

Illustration Description: A hand ? is shown interacting with the switches to select different fan speed levels (25%, 50%, 100%).

Switching Off the Controller

To turn off the ventilation controller:

  • Perform the indicated touch sequence on the switch.
  • Standard Mode: The controller will switch off, indicated by a power symbol (?).
  • Flat Mode: The controller will switch off and can be set to run at 25% fan speed for a duration of 60 minutes, indicated by a timer (⏱️) and fan speed display (? 25%).

Illustration Description: A hand ? is shown interacting with the switches. Icons represent 'Standard' mode with a power symbol (?), and 'Flat' mode with a power symbol (?), a 60-minute timer (⏱️), and 25% fan speed (? 25%).

Setting Operating Mode

Change the ventilation mode:

  1. Step 1: Perform four quick touches (maximum 2 seconds) on the top switch. ⚠️ [warning] 4x max. 2 sec
  2. Step 2: Observe the indicator lights ? and airflow patterns. The device cycles through modes such as heat recovery (red indicator ?), unidirectional ventilation (green indicator ?), and potentially mixed modes.

Illustration Description: Step 1 shows a hand ? performing rapid touches on the switch. Step 2 illustrates indicator lights changing colors (red ?, green ?) and airflow symbols (??, ?️) to represent different operating modes.

Activating Pause Function

Temporarily pause the ventilation system:

  1. Step 1: Perform four quick touches (maximum 2 seconds) on the top switch. ⚠️ [warning] 4x max. 2 sec
  2. Step 2: The pause function is activated, indicated by a pause symbol (⏸️). The system may show '1h II' indicating a 1-hour pause duration. After the pause, it returns to normal operation (? ?). A crossed-out fan symbol (❌?) indicates the paused state.

Illustration Description: Step 1 shows a hand ? performing rapid touches on the switch. Step 2 shows a pause symbol (⏸️), followed by '1h II', and then icons representing return to operation (? ?) and the paused state (❌?).

Confirming Filter Change

Reset the filter change indicator after replacing the filter:

  1. Step 1: Observe the switch indicators ?. A red indicator (?) typically signals that the filter needs changing.
  2. Step 2: Perform four quick touches (maximum 2 seconds) on the top switch. ⚠️ [warning] 4x max. 2 sec

Illustration Description: Step 1 shows indicators ? on the switch. Step 2 shows a hand ? performing rapid touches. An illustration depicts a filter being replaced. After confirmation, the indicators change from red to green (?), signifying a successful filter change.

Sensor Triggered Operations

The inVENTer Pure series features sensors for automatic ventilation control.

Pure p4 | p4 Flat - CO2 Sensor

When the CO2 sensor detects elevated levels ([CO2 sensor] ?), the ventilation activates at 75% output (? 75%). If CO2 levels are normal, the fan is deactivated (❌?).

Illustration Description: A CO2 sensor symbol ([CO2 sensor] ?) leads to a fan symbol (?) at 75% output. When CO2 levels are normal, a crossed-out fan symbol (❌?) is shown.

Pure p4 Fire | p4 Fire Flat - PA Sensor

When the PA ([PA sensor]) detects presence, the ventilation activates (?) and the power symbol (?) is shown. If no presence is detected, the fan is deactivated (❌?).

Illustration Description: A PA sensor symbol ([PA sensor]) leads to a fan symbol (?) and power symbol (?). When no presence is detected, a crossed-out fan symbol (❌?) is shown.
