Promoter
The promoter is VERSUNI HOME LIFE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. Company registration No: 202001016043 (1372363-D). Level 9, Menara Axis, No. 2, Jalan 51A/223, 46100 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia ("Promoter").
Terms and Conditions
- These Terms and Conditions, together with the Philips Privacy Policy (available at https://www.philips.com.my/a-w/privacy-notice.html), and the Money Back Guarantee Claim Form ("Claim Form") contain the entire understanding and agreement between the Promoter and the Claimant in relation to the Philips Malaysia 30-day Money Back Guarantee ("Promotion"). Entry into the Promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. A claim for refund is not valid in conjunction with any other offer (to the extent permitted by law).
- To be eligible to claim a refund, individuals must have purchased an eligible Philips brand product listed below ("Eligible Products") from a participating authorized Malaysia retailer store or online store between 1 June 2025 to 31 July 2025 ("Purchase Period"). Internet sales via auction sites like eBay, unauthorized vendors, or similar are excluded. Trade seconds products are excluded.
- The Promotion is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase as specified on the purchase receipt. All Claim Forms must be received by Philips no later than 06:00 PM on 31 August 2025. Claims made after the 1-month purchase period will be forfeited.
Who can participate
- The Promotion is open to individuals who are Malaysia residents, 18 years old and above ("Claimant"). Claimants must have registered their products on Philips.com.my, opt-in for communication preferences, and submit a valid claim. Corporations, companies, and other bodies are not eligible.
- Employees and immediate families of the Promoter, its retail partners, and associated agencies are ineligible.

Claiming Process
- To claim a refund, Claimants must:
- Try the Eligible Products for at least 7 days but no more than 30 days from the purchase date.
- If not completely satisfied, download the Claim Form from www.philips.com.my/promotions.
- Complete the Claim Form.
- Return the Eligible Product (in its original packaging) along with the completed Claim Form and original purchase receipt to: R Logic Customer Care Services Sdn Bhd (Philips Service Centre), Lot 2C, Jalan Kilang 51/206, Seksyen 51, 46050 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. This must be done by 31 August 2025.
- Incomplete or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. Claimants bear all costs associated with returning the product.
- Claimants must have registered their product(s) on Philips.com.my, opted-in for communication preferences, and retained their original purchase receipt and product packaging as proof of purchase. Failure to provide proof of purchase may result in claim invalidation. The purchase receipt must clearly specify the retailer and purchase date within the Purchase Period.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify claims and disqualify any Claimant who breaches these terms or tampers with the process.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued only upon receipt of: (a) the Eligible Product (in original packaging); (b) the original purchase receipt; (c) the completed Claim Form; and (d) validation of product registration and opt-in preference. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
- Customers must include banking details in the Money Back Guarantee Form.
- The refund amount is based on the value of the Eligible Product(s) and cannot be transferred or exchanged. It may be reduced by the value of any promotion vouchers or gift-with-purchase received.
- If a trade-in product was involved in the purchase, the traded-in product will not be returned for hygiene reasons.
Changes to Offer
- If the promotion is interfered with or cannot be conducted as anticipated due to reasons beyond the Promoter's control (e.g., technical difficulties, fraud), the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion.
Liability
- Except where excluded by law, the Promoter and Claimant exclude liability for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the Promotion. This includes technical difficulties, theft, unauthorized access, late/lost/damaged claims, and any tax liability incurred by the Claimant.
- The Promoter is not responsible for technical malfunctions of telephone networks, computer systems, or issues with email/Claim Form receipt due to technical problems or internet traffic.
- Any costs incurred by the Claimant associated with claiming (e.g., accessing the website, telephone enquiries, mailing) are the Claimant's sole responsibility.
- The Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Privacy
- The Promoter's collection, use, and disclosure of personal information ("PI") are subject to Philips' Privacy Policy (https://www.philips.com.MY/a-w/privacy-notice.html). PI is collected to conduct the Promotion and may be disclosed to third parties (agents, contractors, service providers, government authorities). Providing PI is conditional for processing the claim.
- If the Claimant opts-in, they consent to their submitted information being entered into a Philips database and used for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes, including electronic messages or telephoning.
- All PI will be stored by Koninklijke Philips N.V. and/or its affiliate companies and is subject to Philips Privacy Policy. Requests to access, update, or correct information, or to opt out of communications, can be made via the Philips Privacy website. Each Claim Form becomes the property of the Promoter.
- The Promoter may disclose PI overseas. By participating, Claimant consents to the transfer of their PI overseas.
How to claim your money back?
- Register your new product: Sign up as a My Philips member and register your new product purchased from a local authorized retailer.
- Try the product: Try the product for a minimum of 7 days to a maximum of 30 days.
