Philips Lumea IPL Money-Back Guarantee Campaign Terms and Conditions
This document outlines the terms and conditions for the Philips Lumea IPL money-back guarantee campaign.
Eligible Products
The campaign is valid for the following Philips Lumea IPL models: SC1997, BRI921, BRI924, BRI940, BRI950, BRI953, BRI951. Models outside of these product codes are not included in the campaign.
Campaign Period
The campaign is valid from January 1st to December 31st, 2025. Money-back guarantees will not be provided for Philips Lumea IPL models purchased after December 31st, 2025.
Campaign Content
If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase of an eligible Philips Lumea IPL model (SC1997, BRI921, BRI924, BRI940, BRI950, BRI953, BRI951) during the campaign period, the product can be returned within 60 days from the invoice date.
Return Scope
The return scope is limited to customer satisfaction. Customers can return the product only if they are not satisfied with its performance. Problems arising from consumer misuse are not covered by the satisfaction guarantee. Returns are applicable only for products in working condition. Returns due to missing accessories, product malfunction, technical faults, etc., are not covered by the satisfaction guarantee. Such issues should be resolved through "Philips Authorized Services" in accordance with Article 4 of the Consumer Protection Law regarding Defective Goods and Services. If the product was purchased using promotional payment methods such as gift vouchers, gift cards, or points, the "money-back campaign" terms do not apply, and no refund will be issued for product returns. Products must be returned with their original packaging. Returns without original packaging will not be accepted.
Product and Consumer Document Return Centers
Products and consumer documents can be delivered to centers designated by KAYRAGRUP in Istanbul, Ankara, Adana, and Izmir. Consumers in other cities can send their products and documents via an affiliated cargo company on a collect-on-delivery basis. Cargo fees for shipments from Istanbul, Ankara, Adana, and Izmir will be borne by the consumer. Personal application to the affiliated cargo company is mandatory.

Affiliated Cargo Company: Yurtiçi Kargo (All provincial and district centers). All shipments via Yurtiçi Kargo must be sent to the Istanbul product return center.
Required Documents for Product Return
To process the money-back refund, the following consumer documents and the product must be complete and in working condition:
- Completed CONSUMER FORM.
- Original invoice (Sales receipt is not a valid document. An invoice issued in the customer's name is mandatory.) Invoices issued in the name of a corporation or company cannot be included in the return.
- Product warranty card.
- Consumer form included in the product box.
- Copy of ID card (Refunds are only made to the person whose name is on the invoice. Therefore, the ID card copy must belong to that person.)
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 30 days after the product and documents are received. Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the customer's name at affiliated bank branches. The bank transfer will be made to the person whose name is on the invoice.
Each person is entitled to return only one product.

The Philips Lumea return campaign will be carried out in accordance with the conditions specified in this brochure. No other procedures will be applied outside of the stated conditions. Returns made with expense slips are valid for purchases made by individuals. For purchases made by companies, a return invoice will be issued considering the product return conditions of the place of purchase.
