Philips Malaysia 30-Day Money Back Guarantee Program

Program Overview

Philips Malaysia offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for eligible products. If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your purchased Philips product, you may return it for a refund. All claim forms must be received by 30 November 2025.

To participate, you must have purchased an eligible Philips product from a participating authorized Malaysia retailer or online store during the specified Purchase Period. Internet sales via auction sites, unauthorized vendors, or trade seconds products are excluded.

How to Claim

To claim your refund, please follow these steps:

1. Download the Claim Form from www.philips.com.sg/promotions.
2. Complete the Claim Form accurately.
3. Return the Eligible Product in its original packaging, along with the fully completed Claim Form and the original purchase receipt, to Philips. The return must be made no later than 30 November 2025.
4. Ensure the product has been tried for at least 7 days but no more than 30 days from the date of purchase.
5. Register your Eligible Product on MyPhilips.com and opt in for communication preferences.

Important Notes:

• If the product was purchased as part of a promotional bundle, all bundled products must also be returned.
• Incomplete, illegible, or invalid claims may be rejected.
• Claimants are responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to Philips.
• Failure to provide the original proof of purchase may result in claim invalidation.
