Getting Started

  1. Product Power On: Short press the main switch to turn on the product.
  2. Product Power Off: Press and hold the main switch to turn off the product. If the charging input is connected, the product will not turn off.
  3. USB Output Port: USB ports (USB-A output/USB-C output) can be used after the product is turned on.
  4. 12V DC Car Outlet Output: After turning on the product, short press the DC output button to activate the 12V DC car outlet. Short press the DC output button again to turn it off.
  5. AC Outlet Output: After turning on the product, short press the AC output button to activate the AC outlet. Short press the AC button again to turn it off. (Switching Frequency: To switch frequency, press and hold the AC button for 10 seconds or use the EcoFlow mobile app.)
  6. Control via Mobile App: When the product is turned on, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules are activated by default. This allows the user to connect to the product via Bluetooth using the mobile app. If you want to control the device from a greater distance, you can choose to control it via Wi-Fi.

Low Temperature Discharge Protection

Protection against battery discharge at low temperatures. Normal operation will resume automatically after the battery warms up.

High Temperature Discharge Protection

Protection against battery discharge at high temperatures. Normal operation will resume automatically after the battery cools down.

Low Temperature Charging Protection

Protection against low temperature charging of the battery. Normal operation will resume automatically after the battery temperature rises above 3 °C.

High Temperature Charging Protection

Protection against high temperature charging of the battery. Normal operation will resume automatically after the battery cools down.

Low Temperature Protection on AC Output

Protection against low temperature on AC output. Normal operation will resume automatically as the ambient temperature increases.

AC Output Overheating Protection

Protection against overheating on AC output. Ensure proper air circulation. Normal operation will resume automatically once the cause is removed and the temperature decreases.

USB-C or Car Charging Overload Protection

Protection against overload during USB-C or car charging. Normal operation will resume after disconnecting the excessive input and restarting the product.

AC Output Overload Protection

Protection against overload on AC output. Normal operation will resume after disconnecting the appliances and restarting the device. Connected appliances must be used within their rated power.

Charging Overload Protection

Protection against overload during charging. Disconnect the charging source. Normal operation will resume automatically after restarting.

Fan Blockage

Fan blockage. Check if the fan is blocked by foreign objects and remove the cause of the error.

Communication Error

Communication error between the main control board and AC. Normal operation will resume automatically after restarting the product.

❗ If any warning appears during product use and does not disappear after restarting, stop using the product immediately (do not attempt to charge or discharge it). If the above information does not resolve your problem, contact your dealer for assistance.

Safety Instructions

  1. Do not use the product near heat sources such as open flames or ovens.
  2. Avoid contact with any liquid. Do not immerse the product in water or get it wet. Do not use the product in rain or humid environments.
  3. Do not use the product in environments with strong static electricity/magnetic fields.
  4. Do not disassemble or puncture the product with sharp objects.
  5. Do not use wires or other metal objects that could cause a short circuit.
  6. Do not use non-original parts or accessories. If you need to replace any parts or accessories, contact your dealer or authorized service center.
  7. When using the product, strictly adhere to the operating environment temperature specified in this user manual. If the temperature is too high, it may cause fire or explosion; if the temperature is too low, it may cause a significant decrease in product performance or the product may stop working.
  8. Do not place any heavy objects on the product.
  9. Do not block the fan during use, and do not place the product in an unventilated or dusty area.
  10. Avoid impacts, drops, or strong vibrations when using the product. In case of a strong external impact, immediately turn off the power and stop using the product. Ensure the product is securely fastened during transportation to prevent vibrations and impacts.
  11. If the product accidentally falls into water during use, place it in a safe open area and do not approach it until it has completely dried. The dried product should not be used again and should be properly disposed of. If the product catches fire, we recommend using fire extinguishers in the following order: water or water mist, sand, fire blanket, dry powder, and finally a carbon dioxide fire extinguisher.
  12. Use a dry cloth to clean dirt from the product ports.
  13. Do not put in a microwave oven.
  14. Replacing the battery with an incorrect type may disable all protection.
  15. Disposing of the battery in fire, a hot oven, or mechanically damaging it may result in an explosion.
  16. Leaving the battery in an environment with extremely high temperatures may result in an explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
  17. Battery exposed to extremely low air pressure may result in an explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.

  1. What battery does the product use?
    It uses a high-quality lithium-ion battery.
  2. What devices can the product's AC output port power?
    With a rated power of 800W and a peak power of 1600W, most consumer electronics can be connected. Before use, it is recommended to verify the power consumption of each connected appliance and ensure that the sum of their power consumption is lower than the rated output power of the station.
  3. How long can the product power my device?
    The duration is displayed on the product's LCD screen, which can estimate the operating time for most appliances with stable energy usage.
  4. How do I know if the product is charging?
    When the product is charging, the remaining charging time will be displayed on the LCD screen. Meanwhile, the charging indicator icon will rotate with the battery percentage and input power displayed in the area to the right of the circle.
  5. Can I take the product on an airplane?
    No.

Storage and Maintenance

  1. Use or store the product in an environment with temperatures between 20 °C and 30 °C, away from water, heat, and metal objects.
  2. For long-term storage, charge it to 60% every three months. If the product is left idle with a deeply discharged battery for an extended period, it may cause irreversible damage to the battery cells and shorten the product's lifespan. The product will not be covered by warranty if it is not charged or discharged for more than 6 months.
  3. For safety reasons, do not store the product for extended periods in environments with temperatures above 45 °C or below -10 °C.
  4. If the product has been idle for too long and the battery is deeply discharged, it will enter deep sleep protection mode. In this case, charge the product before further use.

Guide to Modifying MC4 Solar Connectors

Users who power their devices using their universal solar panels with a connector other than MC4, please note that the solar panel should be compatible with the specified voltage and current range of the station it connects to. Connecting the wrong MC4 interface may damage the device. EcoFlow is not responsible for any device failure caused by improper operation and handling.

We recommend using EcoFlow solar panels.

Verify the positive and negative poles of the solar panel (as shown in the diagram below). Connect the positive pole of the solar panel to the MC4 male connector and the negative pole to the MC4 female connector (as shown in the diagram below).

  3. Connect the solar panel to the MC4 charging cable to the XT60 solar panel cable.
    Ensure the positive pole of the solar panel has an MC4 male connector and the negative pole has an MC4 female connector (as shown in the diagram below).

Recycling (European Union)

Electrical equipment marked with the crossed-out dustbin symbol must not be disposed of as household waste; instead, it must be handed over to a specialized collection and recycling facility. In EU countries, electrical equipment must not be disposed of as household waste (WEEE - Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment, Directive 2002/96/EG). You can transport unwanted equipment to the nearest collection or recycling center. The equipment will then be disposed of or recycled safely and free of charge. By handing over unwanted equipment, you can make an important contribution to environmental protection.

STABLECAM s.r.o. warrants that this device is free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of sale. This warranty does not cover any parts damaged due to use or modification; in no case can the liability of the manufacturer and importer exceed the original purchase price of the device. STABLECAM s.r.o. also reserves the right to change or modify this warranty without prior notice. The device is subject to continuous improvement and refinement - the manufacturer reserves the right to change the construction design without prior notice. As STABLECAM s.r.o. has no control over possible damage during transport, storage, and use, no liability can be assumed for damages related to the use of the device. This warranty certificate entitles you to free warranty repair of the product supplied by STABLECAM s.r.o. within 60 months. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear due to normal operation. The warranty also does not cover any part of the device that has been improperly installed, handled roughly or improperly, or damaged in an accident, or any part of the device that has been repaired or replaced by an unauthorized person. Like other fine electronic products, do not expose this device to high temperatures, low temperatures, humidity, or dusty environments. Do not leave it in direct sunlight for extended periods.
