Introduction
AromaPlan's scent diffusers PRO W-5000/PRO G-5000 are powerful and easy to use. Our innovative technology converts liquid perfume into dry vaporous microparticles, creating a practically invisible mist that drifts evenly throughout any space.
AromaPlan's diffusers offer ultimate control. You can program its working period and intervals, allowing it to automatically turn on and off to perfectly scent your environment according to your daily needs, without wasting fragrance.
Using cold air diffusion (nebulizing) technology that releases tiny nanoparticles into the air, our scent diffuser is a powerful and effective scenting system that can be easily connected to your air conditioning system.
The PRO W-5000 / PRO G-5000 diffusers are also compatible with the official AromaPlan App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store. The app allows you to select appropriate settings for your needs.

Accessories Instruction
The device includes components such as a Device lock, Spray nozzle, Atomizer Head, and Fragrance oil bottle.
For mounting, use the original screw hole. Change the long screw to penetrate and then lock onto the pegboard at the applicable screw hole position.
Operation Introduction
- Choose your favorite fragrance.
- Open the equipment lock.
- Unscrew the atomizing cap, and take out the bottle.
- Pour the scent oil into the bottle.
- Screw the atomizer head onto the bottle, then put it back into the machine.
- Plug in the power cord (110-220V).
- Turn on the power switch.
- Set the time period via phone app.
- Enjoy the fragrance.
How to Use the Equipment
Working Interface
The device features a working interface that displays:
- Current Working Day
- Local Time
- Working Time Period
- Work/Pause Seconds
- Atomization/Fan icon
- Bluetooth Connection Status icon
The device starts up quickly, showing an on/off interface for two seconds.
Setting the Working Time Period and Frequency
To set the working time period and frequency:
- Select the workday (e.g., Monday). Settings for Tuesday-Sunday can mirror Monday's.
- Select the time period (up to five periods can be set).
- Adjust the start time.
- Adjust the end time.
- Adjust the number of working seconds.
- Adjust the pause seconds.
Use the [▲] button to adjust values, [▶] to move the cursor, [BACK] to return, and [ENT] to confirm.
Setting the Local Time and Day
Press the [▲] + [ENT] buttons simultaneously to access the time setting interface. Use [▲] to adjust the value, [▶] to move the cursor, and [ENT] to complete the setup.
Setting the Password
Press the [BACK] + [ENT] buttons simultaneously to enter the password setting interface. Enter a four-digit password using [▲] to adjust values and [▶] to move the cursor. Repeat the password to confirm. The first and second entries must match.
Device Operations
- Turn on/off: Press the
[ENT]button until you hear a beep. - Turn on/off fan: Press the
[BACK]button. The fan icon will display the status. - Reset machine: Press the
[BACK]+[▶]buttons simultaneously. Hold until you hear five beeps. - Sleep Mode: The display screen goes to sleep after ten seconds of inactivity. Press any button to wake it up.
Fault Inspection
No Scents:
- Check if the device is plugged into the power cord (110-220V).
- Check if the pump is working and the nozzle is not blocked.
- Check if the essential oil in the bottle has run out or if the pipe has fallen off.
Scents Weak:
- Check for oil leakage inside the machine; ensure the essential oil bottle is tightened.
- Check for obstacles in the mist outlet hole.
Unusual Noise:
- Check if the air pump has fallen out.
- Check the mist outlet; it may be clogged.
- Check the pump for low airflow or low air pressure.

- Provide free technical solutions and installation process guidance.
- Provide free online FAQ consultation and scent-marketing suggestions.
Equipment Warranty and Attentions
- All devices include 12 months of free maintenance from the date of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (invoice, warranty card, receipt) is required for free maintenance.
- Human error and incorrect operation are not covered under the free maintenance agreement.
Machine Maintenance
- Clean the machine with rubbing alcohol every 2-3 months for optimal conditions.
- Disconnect the power before cleaning. Do not use wet hands to operate the machine directly to avoid electric shock and injury.
Long-Term Nonuse
- Turn the machine off and disconnect the power cord.
- Clean filter components.
Storage and Cautions
The deodorant package contains activated carbon to help avoid odors. Keep the machine free from dust and place it in a well-ventilated area away from sunlight.

- Keep the device away from high temperatures and water to prevent damage and ensure safe operation.
- Do not put flammable, explosive, corrosive, or hazardous materials/solvents in the machine.
