Product Assembly

  1. Step 1: Place the car body (Part A) onto a flat, level surface with the bottom facing upward. Insert the rotating caster (Part B) into the corresponding slot on the car body.

  2. Step 2: Within the seat area, connect the two red couplers to direct power from the battery to the circuit board.

    Note: Make sure the connection is secure before attempting to switch the power on.

Product Diagram and Operation

Note: Control the forward and reverse of the left and right drive motors with their corresponding joystick. Hold down the power button for three seconds to turn this item on or off.

Controls:

Operating Instructions:

  1. Push both joysticks forward to go forward in a straight line.
  2. Push both joysticks back to go reverse in a straight line.
  3. To turn right, push the left joystick forward without moving the right joystick.
  4. To turn left, push the right joystick forward without moving the left joystick.
  5. To rotate counterclockwise, push the right joystick forward and the left joystick backward.
  6. To rotate clockwise, push the left joystick forward and the right joystick backward.

Resetting Fuse:

This product contains an automatic, resetting fuse. If the current exceeds a certain rating, the recoverable fuse will automatically shut down to prevent damage. This shutdown period will last between 5 and 60 seconds before power is restored. Please allow at least this much time before seeking technical support.

Remote Control

Linking the Remote Control:

  1. Install 2 AAA Batteries into the remote control.
  2. Turn the power switch on the vehicle to "off."
  3. Press and hold both the Forward (▲) & Reverse (▼) buttons for 3 seconds. The LED indicators will flash.
  4. Turn the vehicle on. The red indicator lights will stop flashing, indicating a successful link.
  5. If the indicator lights continue to flash (indicating an unsuccessful link), remove, and reinsert batteries and repeat steps 1 to 4.

Inserting Batteries in Remote:

  1. Use a small Philips Head Screw Driver to remove the battery cover of the remote control.
  2. Insert Two AAA 1.5V batteries as shown in the diagram.
  3. Close the battery cover and screw driver to tighten the screw.

Troubleshooting

The motor does not rotate1. Allow 5-20 seconds then restart.
2. Reconnect foot switch.
3. Check for loose connections.
4. Plug the plug in.
Car only moves forward or backward1. Check the connection lines.
2. Turn the toy on and off again, and rotate the individual joysticks.
Slow Speed1. Charge the battery.
2. Driving circuit board requires professional repair.
The battery is not recharging1. Clear the contacts of the charging port and cable.
2. Replace the charger.
Wheel is rotating, car is not moving1. Make sure all 3 wheels are in contact with the ground.
Car is unstable moving on and off1. Maximum weight limit exceeded; reduce load.
2. The surface you are traveling on is not level; change locations.

Product Warranty Information:

All items can be returned for any reason within 60 days of receipt and will receive a full refund, provided the item is returned in its original product packaging and includes all accessories from its original shipment. All returned items will receive a full refund back to the original payment method. Returned items will not be charged a re-stocking fee.

All returned items require an RA (Return Authorization) number, which can only be provided by a Best Choice Products Customer Service Representative when the return request is submitted. Items received without an RA may not be accepted or may increase your return processing time. Once an item has been received by Best Choice Products, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5 business days.

All returns must be shipped back to the Best Choice Products Return Center at the customer's expense. If the reason for return is a result of an error by Best Choice Products, then Best Choice Products will provide a pre-paid shipping label via email. Boxes for return shipping will not be provided by Best Choice Products, and it is the customer's responsibility to either use the original shipping boxes or purchase new boxes.

Pictures may be required for some returns to ensure an item is not damaged prior to its return. Items returned are not considered undamaged until they are received by Best Choice Products and verified as such. All damages to items are the customer's responsibility until the item has been received by and acknowledged by Best Choice Products as undamaged.
