Promotion Rules for PBZ Card Club Members

1. Organizer of the Promotion

Samsung Electronics Austria GmbH, Praterstrasse 31/14 Obergeschoss, Vienna, Austria (hereinafter referred to as "Samsung"), is organizing a promotion in the Samsung online store Croatia (www.samsung.com/hr) for customers who are members of the PBZ CARD Club. To participate in this promotion, customers must register and, during the promotional period, purchase one of the following Samsung devices (hereinafter referred to as "Devices") from the Samsung online store Croatia (www.samsung.com/hr):

2. Participants, Promotional Period

This promotion is available to private customers (end-users) of Devices who are members of the PBZ CARD Club and who have registered to participate in this promotion. Participants must have a delivery address within the Republic of Croatia and must meet the conditions stipulated in these Rules, as well as the purchase conditions stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions published on the Samsung online store Croatia website (www.samsung.com/hr).

The promotion runs from 12.06.2025 - 21.06.2025 (the "Promotional Period"). The promotion may end earlier if the stock of devices listed in point 1 of these Rules is depleted. Samsung will notify customers of any early termination of the promotion without delay, in the same manner as these Rules were sent.

3. Promotion Benefits

These Rules govern the conditions of this promotion.

Customers who are members of the PBZ CARD Club can view the products included in the promotion on the page https://www.samsung.com/hr/offer/partner/pbzcard/. A participant in the promotion will receive an email from PBZ Card Club with a promo code that can be used when purchasing Devices listed in the table below during the Promotional Period in the Samsung online store Croatia (www.samsung.com/hr). The promo code allows the participant a discount on the regular retail price of the Device, according to the table below, depending on the selected Device.

During the Promotional Period (12.06.2025 - 21.06.2025), a participant must add one of the Devices from the table below to their shopping cart and enter the received promo code.

By entering the promo code, the discount on the Device from Table 1 will be automatically calculated, depending on the selected Device.

The promo code will only be applied if the shopping cart contains one of the Devices listed in Table 1.

4. Other Conditions for Participation in the Promotion and Exercising the Right to Benefits

For a customer to be eligible for the benefits of this promotion, the following conditions must be met:

• The customer must be a member of the PBZ CARD Club;
• The customer must have registered for participation in this promotion by clicking the link published on the PBZ CARD Club website: https://www.pbzcard.hr/hr/uvjeti-poslovanja/ and registering their e-mail address;
• The customer must have applied the received promo code to the shopping cart during the Promotional Period in the Samsung online store Croatia (www.samsung.com/hr/), which contains one of the products listed in Table 3 of these Rules;
• The customer must be an end-user of the Device who is 18 years of age or older (end-users are persons with a delivery address within the territory of the Republic of Croatia, who have purchased the Device for their own use, and not for the purpose of further resale and distribution).

NOTE: All circumstances of device purchase that are not explicitly regulated by these Rules are subject to the General Terms and Conditions published on the Samsung online store Croatia website (www.samsung.com/hr/). The processing of personal data collected for the purpose of purchase is subject to the Privacy Policy published on the Samsung online store Croatia website (www.samsung.com/hr/).

5. Promo Code Application

The promo code can be used exclusively in the Samsung online store Croatia (https://www.samsung.com/hr/) during the period from 12.06.2025 - 21.06.2025.

The promo code can only be applied to one shopping cart per purchase during the Promotional Period, and only if the shopping cart contains one of the Devices listed in Table 1 of point 3 of these Rules.

The participant must enter the received promo code in the shopping cart.

The promo code cannot be used more than once.

The promo code cannot be combined with other promotions or other promo codes.

The promo code cannot be combined with the Trade In option.

Gifts and/or free devices that may be displayed in the shopping cart when purchasing Devices from the Samsung online store Croatia (www.samsung.com/hr) are not part of this promotion, and customers are not entitled to them.

6. Delivery of Purchased Devices and Processing of Personal Data

The General Terms and Conditions published on the Samsung online store Croatia website (www.samsung.com/hr/) apply to the delivery of all purchased devices, and the Privacy Policy, also available at www.samsung.com/hr/, applies to the processing of personal data.

7. Right to Amend Promotion Rules

Samsung reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time for justified reasons, with the obligation to notify customers of any changes without delay.
