Promotion Rules for Erste Diners Club Members
Samsung Electronics Austria GmbH, located at Praterstrasse 31/14 Obergeschoss, Vienna, Austria, is organizing a promotion for customers who are members of Erste Diners Club. This promotion is valid for purchases made through the Samsung online store in Croatia (www.samsung.com/hr) during the promotional period.
To participate, customers must have registered for the promotion and purchased one of the specified Samsung devices (“Devices”) from the Samsung online store in Croatia between 08.07.2025. and the end of the promotional period. The promotion may end earlier if stocks of the listed devices run out.

The discount is applied automatically based on the lowest price of the device in the last 30 days, as indicated in Table 1, after entering the promo code in the shopping cart.
The promo code is applicable only if one of the devices listed in Table 1 is in the shopping cart.
Promotion Participation and Eligibility
To be eligible for this promotion, customers must meet the following conditions:
- Be a member of Erste Diners Club.
- Register for the promotion via the link provided on the Erste Diners Club website: https://diners.hr/pogodnosti/d-utorak/.
- Receive a promo code via email after registration.
- Apply the received promo code to the shopping cart in the Samsung online store (https://www.samsung.com/hr/offer/erstediners/) during the promotional period. The shopping cart must contain one of the products listed in Table 3.
- Be an end-user of the Device, aged 18 or older, with a delivery address within the Republic of Croatia, and purchasing the Device for personal use, not for resale or distribution.
NOTE: For all matters not explicitly covered by these rules, the General Terms and Conditions published on the Samsung online store website (www.samsung.com/hr/) apply. Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy also available on the Samsung online store website (www.samsung.com/hr/).
Promo Code Application
The promo code can only be used in the Samsung online store (https://www.samsung.com/hr/offer/erstediners/) on 08.07.2025.
The promo code can be applied to only one shopping cart during the promotional period, provided it contains one of the Devices listed in Table 3.
Participants must enter the received promo code into the shopping cart.
The promo code cannot be used more than once.
The promo code cannot be combined with other promotions or promo codes.
Gifts or free devices displayed in the shopping cart during the purchase of Devices on the Samsung online store (www.samsung.com/hr) are not part of this promotion, and customers are not entitled to them.
Delivery of Purchased Devices and Personal Data Processing
The delivery of all purchased devices is subject to the General Terms and Conditions published on the Samsung online store website (www.samsung.com/hr/). Personal data processing is subject to the Privacy Policy, also available at www.samsung.com/hr/.
Right to Amend Promotion Rules
Samsung reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time for justified reasons, with the obligation to notify customers of any changes without delay.
