1. Promotion Organizer
Samsung Electronics Austria GmbH, Praterstrasse 31/14 Obergeschoss, Vienna, Austria (hereinafter: "Samsung"), is organizing a promotion in the Samsung online store Croatia (https://www.samsung.com/hr/offer/valamar/) for employees of Valamar Riviera d.d. during the promotional period, from 19.05.2025 to 15.06.2025, or until stocks last, to purchase one of the following Samsung devices (hereinafter: "Devices") from the Samsung online store Croatia (https://www.samsung.com/hr/offer/valamar/):

2. Participants, Promotional Period
The promotion is available to private customers (end-users) of Devices who are employees of Valamar Riviera d.d., have a delivery address in the Republic of Croatia, and meet the conditions stipulated in these Rules, as well as the purchase conditions stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions published on the Samsung online store Croatia website (www.samsung.com/hr).
The promotion runs from 19.05.2025 to 15.06.2025, or until stocks last ("Promotional Period"). The promotion may end earlier if stocks of devices from point 1 of these Rules, covered by this promotion, are depleted. Samsung will notify customers of any early termination without delay, in the same manner as these Rules were sent.
3. Promotion Benefits
These Rules govern the terms of this promotion.
Customers who are employees of Valamar Riviera d.d. will receive a promo code for a discount and a purchase link by scanning a QR code [QR code symbol].
The promo code allows the participant a discount based on the lowest price of the Device in the last 30 days, according to the table below, depending on the selected Device.
During the promotional period, from 19.05.2025 to 15.06.2025, or until stocks last, the promotion participant must add one of the Devices from the table below to their shopping cart and apply the received promo code.

By applying the promo code, the lowest price of the Device in the last 30 days from Table 1 will be automatically reduced by the percentage from Table 1, depending on the selected product.
The promo code will only be applied if one of the Devices listed in Table 1 is in the shopping cart.
4. Other Conditions for Participation in the Promotion and Obtaining Benefits
For a customer to be eligible for the benefits of this promotion, the following conditions must be met:
- The customer is an employee of Valamar Riviera d.d.
- The customer obtained the promo code and purchase link by scanning a QR code [QR code symbol].
- The customer, during the Promotional Period, applied the received promo code to the shopping cart in the Samsung online store Croatia (https://www.samsung.com/hr/offer/valamar/), which contains one of the products listed in Table 3 of these Rules;
- The customer is an end-user of the Device who is 18 years of age or older (end-users are persons with a delivery address within the Republic of Croatia, who purchased the Device for their own needs, not for resale or distribution).
NOTE:
For all circumstances of device purchase not explicitly regulated by these Rules, the General Terms and Conditions published on the Samsung online store Croatia website (www.samsung.com/hr/) apply. The processing of personal data collected for the purpose of purchase is governed by the Privacy Policy published on the Samsung online store Croatia website (www.samsung.com/hr/).
5. Promo Code Application
The promo code can only be used in the Samsung online store Croatia (https://www.samsung.com/hr/offer/valamar/) during the period from 19.05.2025 to 15.06.2025, or until stocks last.
The promo code can be applied to only one shopping cart during the Promotional Period, and only if one of the Devices listed in Table 3 of these Rules is in the shopping cart.
The promotion participant must enter the received promo code into the shopping cart.
The promo code cannot be used multiple times.
The promo code cannot be combined with other promotions or other promo codes.
Due to the specific operating mode of the www.samsung.com/hr and https://www.samsung.com/hr/offer/valamar/ websites, gifts and free devices may be displayed in the shopping cart during purchase, but these are not included in this promotion, and promotion participants are not entitled to them.
6. Delivery of Purchased Devices and Personal Data Processing
The delivery of all purchased devices is subject to the General Terms and Conditions published on the Samsung online store Croatia website (www.samsung.com/hr/), and the processing of personal data is subject to the Privacy Policy also available on www.samsung.com/hr/.
7. Right to Amend Promotion Rules
Samsung reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time for justified reasons, with the obligation to notify customers of any changes without delay.
