Checkweighing Applications

Dimensions

The scale has a stainless steel pan measuring 209 mm (8.2 in.) by 209 mm (8.2 in.). The overall scale dimensions are 223 mm (8.8 in.) in depth, 300 mm (11.8 in.) in width, and 71 mm (2.8 in.) in height.

Display and Controls

Features a large, backlit LCD display for clear results, with fast updates within 2 seconds. Bright LED indicators are used for checkweighing mode. Text display of weight units is provided, avoiding cryptic designations. An audible buzzer alerts users when limits are reached, and a battery power level indicator is present. Bright annunciators indicate scale stability, center of zero, net/tare weights, and checkweighing mode status.

The scale can be tared manually using the dedicated Tare key, automatically on the first weight placement, or via an external tare switch for hands-free operation.

Physical Description

The scale features stainless steel top and bottom housings, a dishwasher-safe stainless steel pan, and a backlit LCD display. It includes user-adjustable leveling feet, a front panel leveling bubble, and an internal rechargeable lead-acid battery with an external AC adapter. Indicators for weight/mode stability, center of zero, net/tare weights, and battery status are present. For checkweighing, it has 3 LEDs and a buzzer. A dedicated tare key, audible buzzer, selectable auto-off, and a sealable scale configuration/calibration lockout switch are also included.

An optional hard shell carry case (Part No. 80251394) and an in-use cover (Part No. 80251140) are available.
