Assembly Steps
Follow these steps carefully to assemble your SONGMICS Fabric Wardrobe. Ensure all parts are correctly connected for stability.
Step 1: Base Assembly
Assemble the base frame.
Connect four H40 tubes (400 mm) using four A16 and four B16 connectors to form a rectangular base. Attach nine J1 connectors to the designated points on the base frame. Connect two H47 tubes (470 mm) to the sides of the base. Place the fabric base cover onto the assembled frame, ensuring the waterproof side faces up.
Step 2: 2nd and 4th Levels Assembly
Construct the 2nd and 4th shelf levels.
For each level, connect two H40 tubes (400 mm) using C16 connectors. Place a J1 connector in the middle of each pair of tubes. These two shelf units will be used for the 2nd and 4th levels. Repeat this process to create two identical shelf units.
Step 3: 3rd Level Assembly
Construct the 3rd shelf level.
Connect two H47 tubes (470 mm) using D16 connectors. Incorporate Y16 connectors at the corners and a J1 connector in the middle. This forms the 3rd shelf unit.
Step 4 & 5: Frame Construction and Shelf Placement
Build the main vertical structure and add shelves.
Insert vertical poles (H67 and H33) into the base structure and connectors. Place the previously assembled shelf units (from Step 2 and Step 3) onto the vertical poles, securing them with the appropriate connectors.
Step 6: Additional Shelf Assembly
Assemble and place an additional shelf unit.
Construct another shelf unit using H51 tubes (510 mm) and connectors (C16, D16, H47), with a J1 connector in the center. Place this unit into the wardrobe structure.
Step 7: Top Level Assembly
Assemble and attach the top shelf level.
Connect H40 and H47 tubes using C16 and D16 connectors, with a J1 connector in the middle to form the top shelf unit. Insert the remaining vertical poles (H33) and place the assembled top shelf unit onto them.
Step 8: Final Structure and Cover Installation
Complete the wardrobe and attach the fabric cover.
The main frame of the wardrobe is now assembled. Drape the fabric cover (M) over the frame. Secure the cover by tying the ropes on the bottom as indicated.
