Parts Description
The Kandao Meeting Pro 360 has the following parts:

Button Instructions
ON/OFF Button: Long press for 3 seconds to turn ON/OFF. Short press to switch to sleeping mode, and another short press to wake up.
Volume Button: Turn Up/Down to adjust the speaker's volume.
Muting/Recording Button: Short press to mute the microphone. Long press for 3 seconds to record video locally.
Power LED: Indicates the power status.
Mode Button: Short press to switch between different modes. Long press for 3 seconds to lock the screen's Field of View (FOV).
Connection and Usage
1. Connecting to the computer:
- Connect the Kandao Meeting Pro to the power adapter.
- Long press the ON/OFF button to turn on the Kandao Meeting Pro. The green light will turn on.
- Connect the Kandao Meeting Pro and the computer using the USB OUT port (USB-C to USB-A cable).
- Open a video conference platform (e.g., Skype, Zoom). A successful connection is indicated by a solid blue light.
- When the meeting is over, short press the ON/OFF button to enter "sleep mode".
- If necessary, long press the ON/OFF button to turn off the Kandao Meeting Pro.
Notes: When connected to a computer, there is no output from the HDMI port, and the mouse, keyboard, and network cable cannot be used.
2. Connecting to a displayer:
- Connect the Kandao Meeting Pro to the power adapter.
- Connect the Kandao Meeting Pro and the displayer through the HDMI port.
- Long press the ON/OFF button to turn on the Kandao Meeting Pro. The green light will turn on.
- Network can be connected via Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi.
- Open a video conference platform (e.g., Skype, Zoom). A successful connection is indicated by a solid blue light.
- When the meeting is over, short press the ON/OFF button to enter "sleep mode".
- If necessary, long press the ON/OFF button to turn off the Kandao Meeting Pro.
System Update
Connect the Kandao Meeting Pro and displayer via HDMI and ensure the network is connected. If a system update is available, a prompt will appear. Follow the guide and click to check for updates and proceed with the update.
The system will display notifications such as "Checking for Update", "Latest Version Detected", and "Updated Successfully".
Remote Controller
The Kandao Meeting Pro and remote controller are paired during production.
- The Power Button controls both sleep and wake modes of the Kandao Meeting Pro.
- The remote controller will disconnect when the Kandao Meeting Pro is in sleep mode.
- Press any button on the remote controller to reconnect it when the Kandao Meeting Pro is woken up.
Notes:
- The remote controller requires two AAA batteries.
- If the remote controller fails to pair with the camera, press and hold the "OK" and "VOL-" buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The indicator light will flash. Navigate to the setting page of the Kandao Meeting Pro, find the Bluetooth device "Kandao Meeting", and pair successfully. The indicator light will turn off upon successful pairing.
Remote Controller Functions:
- Power On/Off: Turns the device on or off.
- Direction Button: Navigates through menus.
- Return: Goes back to the previous screen.
- Volume Down: Decreases volume.
- Switch Mode: Changes the operating mode.
- Mic Off: Mutes the microphone.
- Switch 1080p/720p: Switches between 1080p and 720p resolution.
- Mouse Mode: Enables mouse control.
- OK: Confirms selection.
- Home: Returns to the home screen.
- Setting: Accesses settings.
- Volume Up: Increases volume.
- Fixed Screen: Locks the current screen view.
- Record Video: Starts video recording.
- Switch H264/MJPEG: Switches between H.264 and MJPEG codecs.

Camera Security
Warning: Failure to follow these precautions may result in serious injury or death from electric shock or fire, or damage to your Intelligent 360-degree panoramic camera. Inspect the camera and accessories before use to ensure they are intact. For safety, use only genuine Kandao accessories supplied with the device or purchased separately. Using unauthorized parts or accessories may void the warranty and could cause fire, electric shock, or personal injury or death.
- Do not place or fix the product on an unstable surface. Failure to do so may cause the product to loosen or fall, leading to accidents or damage.
- When using an external power supply, adhere to all safety guidelines for third-party power supply equipment.
- The lens of the Intelligent 360-degree panoramic camera is made of glass. Handle with care if the lens is damaged to avoid scratches from broken glass. Keep out of reach of children.
- The camera's temperature may rise during normal use. If this occurs, turn off the device and allow it to cool before using it again.
- This product is not a toy. Users are responsible for complying with all local laws, regulations, and restrictions.
- Do not use the Intelligent 360-degree panoramic camera for unauthorized monitoring, candid shooting, or in any way that violates personal privacy regulations. Such use may lead to severe penalties and criminal prosecution.
- Precautions: Do not expose the camera to extremely cold or hot environments, as this may temporarily disrupt its proper functioning.
- Warning: The two lenses of the camera are unprotected. Avoid placing the camera on any surface to prevent scratches. Lens scratches are not covered by the warranty.
