Button Instructions

The Kandao Meeting Ultra features several buttons for control:

ON/OFF Button: [Power Symbol] Powers the device on or off.
Mode Button: [Mode Symbol] Switches between different operating modes.
Mute/Record Button: [Microphone Symbol] Mutes the microphone or starts/stops recording.
Volume Buttons: [+] [-] Adjusts the audio volume.

Input/Output Ports

The device has various ports for connectivity:

PoE/LAN Ethernet Port: For network connectivity via Ethernet, supporting Power over Ethernet.
Power USB-C Power Port: Connect the power adapter here.
HDMI IN: Connect an external video source.
USB: For connecting USB devices.
HDMI OUT ① / HDMI OUT ②: Connect to displays or projectors.
USB-C Audio/Video OUT Port: For audio and video output via USB-C.
USB-A Port: Connect USB peripherals like keyboards or mice.
Micro SD Card Slot: Insert a Micro SD card for storage.

Standalone Mode Introduction

Connect the power adapter to the USB-C Power Port and plug it into a power outlet.
Power on the device. The interface will display various options.
Place the Kandao Meeting Ultra in the center of the meeting table to capture all participants. The device will automatically detect and display participants in a conference view.

USB Mode Introduction

Connect the power adapter to the USB-C Power Port and plug it into a power outlet.
Connect the Kandao Meeting Ultra to your computer using the provided USB cable.
On your computer, select "Kandao Meeting Ultra" as the audio and video input device in your conferencing software. The device will then function as a webcam and microphone for your computer.
