Button Instructions
ON/OFF Button ?
Long press 3s to turn ON/OFF; Short press to switch sleeping mode, another short press to wake up.
Volume Button ?
Turn Up/Down speaker's volume.
HDMI Resolution Switch
Long press "VOL+" and "VOL-" ? for 3 seconds to switch between 1080p and 720p resolution.
Muting/Recording Button ?/?
Short press to mute microphone; Long press 3s to record video locally.
Mode Button ⚙️
Short press to switch different modes; Long press 3s to lock screen FOV.
Connection and Usage
Connecting to the Displayer
- Connect Kandao Meeting Pro to the power adapter.
- Connect the Kandao Meeting Pro and displayer through the HDMI port.
- Long press the ON/OFF button ? to turn on the Kandao Meeting Pro. The indicator light will be green.
- Long press "VOL+" and "VOL-" ? for 3 seconds to switch between 1080p/720p.
- Network can be connected via Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi.
- Open a video conference platform (e.g., Skype, Zoom). A successful connection is achieved when the blue light remains on.
- Short press the ON/OFF button ? to enter "sleep mode" when the meeting is over.
- Long press the ON/OFF button ? to turn OFF the Kandao Meeting Pro, if necessary.

Connecting to Computer
- Connect Kandao Meeting Pro to the power adapter.
- Long press the ON/OFF button ? to turn on the Kandao Meeting Pro. The indicator light will be green.
- Connect the Kandao Meeting Pro and computer through the USB OUT port using a USB-C to USB-A cable.
- Open a video conference platform (e.g., Skype, Zoom). A successful connection is achieved when the blue light remains on.
- Short press the ON/OFF button ? to enter "sleep mode" when the meeting is over.
- Long press the ON/OFF button ? to turn OFF the Kandao Meeting Pro, if necessary.
Notes:
During usage by connecting to the computer, there is no output from HDMI. Mouse and Keyboard cannot be used either.

System Update
Connect Kandao Meeting Pro and displayer through HDMI port to ensure network connectivity. The system will pop up an update notification; click 'Update' to proceed.

Remote Controller
Operation
- Power Button ? controls both sleep and wake modes of Kandao Meeting Pro.
- The remote controller disconnects when Kandao Meeting Pro is in sleep mode.
- Press any button to reconnect the remote controller when Kandao Meeting Pro is woken up.
Notes
- The remote controller requires two AAA batteries.
- To connect the remote control: press and hold "OK" and "VOL-" ? simultaneously for 3 seconds while the indicator light flashes. The Kandao Meeting Pro will connect automatically. The remote control indicator light will turn off, and the display interface will show "Controller connected".

General Statement
- Please read and follow all instructions carefully.
- Please note all warnings.
- Do not use near heat sources like radiators, electric heaters, stoves, or other heat-producing equipment.
- Use only Kandao provided components and accessories.
- Refer all maintenance work to qualified personnel. No matter the damage (e.g., broken power cable/plug, liquid penetration, dropped objects, dampness), maintenance is required.
Camera Security Warning
Warning: Failure to follow these precautions may result in serious injury or death from electric shock or fire, or damage to your Intelligent 360-degree panoramic camera. Check the camera and accessories for intactness before use. For security, only Kandao accessories or genuine purchased parts may be used. Damage from unauthorized accessories is not covered by warranty.
- Do not place or fix the product on an unstable surface, as this may cause it to loosen or fall, leading to accidents or device damage.
- When using external power, observe all safety rules.
- The lens is made of glass. Handle carefully if damaged to avoid scratches from broken glass.
- The camera temperature may rise during normal usage. If this occurs, turn off the device and let it cool before using again.
- This product is not a toy. Users are solely responsible for complying with local laws, regulations, and restrictions.
- Do not use the camera for unauthorized monitoring, candid shooting, or in ways that violate personal privacy regulations.
- Precautions: Do not expose the camera to extremely cold or hot environments, as this may temporarily stop it from working properly.
- Warning: There is no protection for the two lenses. Avoid placing the lens on any surface to prevent scratches, which are not covered by the warranty.
