Safe Flight Guide

Recommended Flying Conditions

Safe Flight Conditions: Recommended for flying in open areas, maintaining visual line of sight (drone altitude below 120 meters), with a strong GPS signal. Avoid flying near crowds, trees, power lines, buildings, airports, water, high-intensity energy sources, or base stations, as these can interfere with the drone's compass. Do not fly in adverse weather (rain, snow, fog, wind > 10 m/s or 22 mph). Prohibited in no-fly zones. Maintain distance from rotating propellers and motors. Read safety guidelines before flight.
  • Fly in a vast, open area.
  • Maintain visual line of sight; drone altitude below 120 meters.
  • Ensure a strong GPS signal.
  • Avoid flying near crowds, trees, power lines, buildings, airports, or water.

Preparation Before Takeoff

Pre-takeoff Preparation: Power On: Turn on the remote control power switch. The remote emits 'bip bip' sounds, and its indicator light stays on. The drone's front and rear tripod lights change from fast to slow flashing, indicating successful frequency matching. Geomagnetism Calibration: Briefly press the geomagnetism calibration button. The remote beeps, and the drone's four tripod lights flash regularly. Hold the drone horizontally and rotate it clockwise three times. The remote beeps 'di', and the drone's front green and rear red lights flash slowly, indicating successful horizontal calibration. Gyroscope Calibration: After horizontal calibration, hold the drone vertically and rotate it clockwise three times. The remote beeps 'di, di', and the drone's front green light stays on while the rear red light flashes, indicating successful vertical calibration. For gyroscope calibration, briefly press the gyroscope button. The remote beeps, and the drone's front and rear lights flash rapidly and then turn solid, indicating successful calibration. Outdoor Takeoff: The drone automatically searches for GPS signals. At least 7 satellites are required for the rear lights to stay solid and the remote to beep, indicating successful satellite search. Unlock: Press the outdoor eight-way unlock button on the remote. The motors start rotating, indicating successful unlock and readiness for flight. If drone lights flash, signal interference is present; move to an open area like a rooftop, square, riverbank, or beach. Indoor Takeoff: Press and hold the 'GPS Switch' on the remote to disable GPS (display shows 'OFF'). Briefly press the 'Gyroscope Correction' button. Tilt the left joystick down-left and simultaneously move the right joystick down-right. When all four motors rotate uniformly, the drone is unlocked and ready for takeoff.
  1. Power On: Press and hold the drone's power switch for more than 2 seconds. The drone will emit a sound, and its front/rear lights will change from fast flashing to slow flashing, indicating successful frequency matching.
  2. Geomagnetism Calibration: Briefly press the geomagnetism calibration button on the remote. The remote beeps, and the drone's lights flash regularly. Hold the drone horizontally and rotate it clockwise three times. The remote beeps 'di', and the drone's front green and rear red lights flash slowly, indicating successful horizontal calibration.

  • Long-press the 'GPS Switch' to disable GPS for indoor mode ('OFF' displayed).

One-Click Return

One-Click Return Function: Active Return: Press the return button; the remote beeps continuously, and the drone returns to the takeoff point for landing. The remote beeps for 3 seconds upon completion. Automatic Return: If the drone detects low voltage (level 1), lights flash slowly, and it returns to within 20 meters of the takeoff point, landing at ~5 meters altitude. It can fly for another 1-2 minutes. If a second low voltage level is detected and the altitude is below 10 meters, the drone automatically ascends 5-10 meters, returns to the takeoff position, lands, and stops flying.

Two conditions for one-click return:

  • Active Return: Press the return button. The remote beeps continuously, and the drone returns to the takeoff point for landing. The remote beeps for 3 seconds upon completion.
