Preparation Before Takeoff
Pairing
- Install the drone battery. Press and hold the drone's power switch for more than X seconds until the drone emits a beep. The indicator lights on the front and rear tripods of the drone will flash slowly.
- Turn on the remote control's power switch. You will hear two beeps. The remote control's indicator light will remain solid, the light on the drone near the camera will be solid, and the rear light will flash slowly. At this point, the drone and remote control are successfully paired.
Geomagnetic Calibration
- On the remote control, briefly press the geomagnetic calibration button. The remote control will emit two beeps, and the four tripod indicator lights on the drone will flash regularly.
- Hold the drone horizontally and rotate it clockwise three times. The remote control will emit a 'di~di~' beep. The drone's front green light and rear red light will flash slowly, indicating successful horizontal calibration.
Gyroscope Correction
- After successful horizontal calibration, hold the drone vertically and rotate it clockwise three times. The remote control will emit two 'di~di~di~' beeps. Simultaneously, the drone's front green light will become solid, and the rear red light will flash. This indicates successful vertical calibration.
- Briefly press the gyroscope correction button. You will hear one beep. The front and rear indicator lights will change from flashing to the front light remaining solid and the rear light flashing slowly. The gyroscope is now calibrated successfully.
Outdoor Flight Mode
- Search for satellite signals. After completing the above operations, the drone will automatically search for GPS signals and display at least X satellites. The rear indicator light will be solid. The remote control will emit a beep, indicating that the satellite search is complete.
- Unlock the drone. When the remote control is unlocked, the drone's motors will start rotating. This signifies successful unlocking, and you can fly normally.
Note: If the drone's front and rear lights flash alternately, it means the current location is experiencing signal interference. It is recommended to fly in open spaces such as rooftops, squares, riverbanks, or seaside areas.
Indoor Flight Mode
- After completing the above operations, press and hold the "GPS Switch" button on the remote control to disable the GPS function. The "GPS Mode" on the remote control's screen will display "OFF", indicating the drone is in indoor mode.
- Briefly press the "Gyroscope Correction" button. Wait for the correction to complete. Then, push the left stick towards the bottom-left corner while simultaneously pushing the right stick towards the bottom-right corner. When all four drone motors start rotating simultaneously, the drone is successfully unlocked and ready for indoor flight.
Flight Functions
Joystick Controls
Left Stick (Throttle/Yaw): Controls altitude and left/right rotation.
- Up: Ascend (Increase Altitude)
- Down: Descend (Decrease Altitude)
- Left: Turn Left (Yaw Left)
- Right: Turn Right (Yaw Right)
Right Stick (Pitch/Roll): Controls forward/backward movement and left/right sideways movement.
- Up: Fly Forward (Pitch Forward)
- Down: Fly Backward (Pitch Backward)
- Left: Fly Sideways Left (Roll Left)
- Right: Fly Sideways Right (Roll Right)
GPS Fixed Point Positioning
After successful pairing, it takes approximately X to X minutes in an open and clear environment for the drone to acquire a GPS lock. Once positioning is successful, the remote control will beep, and the drone's front and rear indicator lights will become solid.
Note: If the drone's front and rear indicator lights flash alternately, it signifies signal interference at the current location. Relocate to open areas like rooftops, squares, riverbanks, or seaside for better signal acquisition.
To disable GPS and enter indoor mode, press and hold the "GPS Switch" button on the remote control. The GPS display will show "OFF".
One-Key Return
There are two scenarios for the One-Key Return function:
- Active Return: When the One-Key Return button is pressed, the remote control will emit a continuous beep, and the drone will begin returning to its takeoff point for landing. The remote control's beep will automatically cancel after X seconds upon completion of the return.
- Automatic Return (Low Voltage Protection):
- Level 1 Low Voltage: Drone front and rear indicator lights flash slowly. The drone will automatically return to within X meters of the takeoff point and land at an altitude of approximately X meters above the ground. It can fly for about X to X minutes in this state.
- Level 2 Low Voltage: If a secondary low voltage is detected and the drone is below X meters in height, it will automatically ascend to X to X meters, then return to the takeoff point, land automatically, and cease operation.
Drone Location
This refers to the process of searching for satellite signals to establish the drone's position (fixed point location).
Photography and Video Recording
- To take a photo, press and hold the photo button on the remote control, or click the photo icon on the associated software interface.
- To record a video, press and hold the video button on the remote control, or click the video icon on the associated software interface.
⚠️ Attention: When the drone is connected to a mobile phone, photo and video content will be saved directly to the phone.
Speed Control
The drone offers three speed modes: Slow, Medium, and Fast.
- Briefly press the speed switch button on the remote control to cycle through the speed settings.
- One beep indicates Slow speed.
- Two beeps indicate Medium speed.
- Three beeps indicate Fast speed.
The default speed setting upon startup is Slow.
Indicator Lights
Front Indicator: Green Light
Rear Indicator: Red Light
Power Indicator: (General power status indicator)
