Safety and Maintenance
Safety Guidelines
To achieve maximum safety while using your Razer BlackShark V2 Pro, follow these guidelines:
- Should you encounter operating issues or troubleshooting fails, unplug the device and contact the Razer hotline or visit support.razer.com for assistance.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the device, as this will void your warranty. Do not operate under abnormal current loads.
- Keep the device away from liquid, humidity, or moisture. Operate within the specific temperature range of 0°C (32°F) to 40°C (104°F). If the temperature exceeds this range, unplug or switch off the device to allow it to stabilize.
- The device isolates external ambient sounds even at low volumes, which may lower awareness of your surroundings. Remove the device when engaging in activities requiring active awareness.
- Listening to excessively loud volumes over extended periods can damage hearing. Legislation in some countries permits a maximum sound level of 86db for 8 hours a day. Reduce volume to a comfortable level for prolonged listening. Take care of your hearing.
Maintenance and Use
The Razer BlackShark V2 Pro requires minimal maintenance. Once a month, unplug the device and clean it with a soft cloth or cotton swab to prevent dirt buildup. Do not use soap or harsh cleaning agents.
