Operating Instructions

Remote Control

The remote control allows you to operate the robot vacuum. Key buttons include:

  • Recharge Button: Sends the robot back to its charging dock.
  • Directional Keys: Navigate the robot manually (Up, Down, Left, Right).
  • Start/Pause Button: Starts or pauses the cleaning cycle.
  • Mute Button: Mutes or unmutes the robot's voice prompts.
  • Speed Reduction Button: Decreases suction power.
  • Speed Increase Button: Increases suction power.
  • Max Button: Sets the robot to maximum suction power.

Note: For optimal remote control performance, use it facing the main unit. The effective range of the remote control is 3-6 meters.

Water Tank

The water tank can be used for floor mopping. Note: Do not use the mop function on carpets to avoid wetting them.

  1. Wet the mop pad with water, attach it to the velcro on the water tank, and secure it. Fill the water tank through the inlet and close the rubber cover.
  2. Insert the water tank into the host unit.
  3. Press the button on the host unit or start cleaning via the application to begin mopping.

Maintenance Routine

Dustbin and Filter (Recommended Weekly)

  1. Press the dustbin release button to remove the dustbin.
  2. Empty the dustbin into a trash can.
  3. Open the dustbin lid and remove the filter (e.g., HEPA and sponge filter).
  4. Shake dust into the filter net and use the cleaning brush to clean the dustbin and filter.
  5. To clean the dustbin itself, pour clean water into it, close the lid, and shake it left and right, then pour out the dirty water. Repeat until the dustbin is clean.
  6. After the filter and dustbin are dry, reassemble and reinsert them.

Water Tank (Recommended Each Use)

  1. Press the release button to remove the water tank.
  2. Remove the mop pad, rinse it with water, and dry it. If using a disposable mop pad, discard it after use.
  3. Pour out any remaining water from the water tank and dry the tank.
  4. Once the mop pad and water tank are dry, reassemble them and they are ready for use.

Water Tank Filter Replacement

If the water level is low or the water output is insufficient, it is recommended to replace the water tank filter.

  1. Remove the two used filters.
  2. Press the new filter element firmly until it is securely in place.

Main Brush (Recommended Weekly)

  1. Turn the main unit upside down. Press the left and right buckles to remove the central cover.
  2. Lift the roller brush upwards. Use the cleaning brush to remove tangled hair and debris.
  3. Reinstall the roller brush and insert the three branches of the central cover into the slots. Press and secure the buckle.

Note: Depending on usage, it is recommended to replace the main brush every 6 to 12 months to ensure optimal cleaning performance.

Side Brush (Recommended Weekly)

  1. Using a screwdriver, unscrew the 2 screws holding the side brushes and remove the 2 side brushes.
  2. After cleaning hair and debris from the side brush, reattach the side brush.

Note: Depending on usage, it is recommended to replace the side brush every 3 to 6 months to ensure optimal cleaning performance.

Host and Sensors (Recommended Monthly)

Wipe the sensors of the main unit with a soft, dry cloth. This includes:

  • 4 cliff sensors at the bottom of the main unit.
  • Wall sensor on the right side of the host.
  • Infrared auxiliary charging sensors.
  • Charging pole at the bottom of the main unit.

Charging Dock (Recommended Monthly)

Wipe the charging contacts of the charging dock with a soft, dry cloth.

Universal Wheel (Recommended Monthly)

  1. Turn the main unit upside down and pull the universal wheel upwards.
  2. Clean hair and debris from the wheel body, wheel axle, and support.
  3. Reinstall the universal wheel and press it firmly.

Note: Wash with water, dry, and reassemble.

Troubleshooting: Error Prompts

Error PromptSolution
Anomaly 1: Laser radar is blocked.Check for and remove foreign objects around the radar, or move the device to a new location and restart.
Anomaly 2: Wipe Cliff sensor and move to a new position to start.Wipe the cliff sensor and try again (refer to the manual for sensor location).
Anomaly 3: Strong magnetic field detected. Move to a new location and try again.Move the host to a new location and try again.
Anomaly 4: Check and remove foreign objects from the collision sensor.Try pressing the collision strip and cleaning foreign objects, then restart.
Anomaly 5: Host temperature is abnormal. Wait for the temperature to return to normal.The host temperature is too high or too low. Wait for the temperature to return to normal before use.
Anomaly 6: Charging is abnormal. Clean the charging contact area.Check if the original power adapter is used. Check if the charging dock is positioned horizontally.

Common Problems

Abnormal noise during cleaningThe roller brush, side brush, or left/right wheel may be blocked by foreign objects. Please clean after each use.
Reduced cleaning capacity or presence of debrisThe dustbin is full, please clean the dustbin. The HEPA components are blocked, please clean them. The roller brush is wrapped with foreign objects, please clean the main brush.
Cannot connect to WiFiThe WiFi signal is not good. Ensure the host is within good WiFi coverage. WiFi connection is abnormal, reset the WiFi and download the latest application. Try reconnecting.
Scanning from a breakpointPlease confirm the host is not in "Do Not Disturb" mode; it will not continue sweeping in this mode.
Cannot return to charging dock after cleaning or repositioningManual charging or repositioning the main unit into the charging dock will not resume cleaning. After cleaning a fixed point or a long-distance mobile position, the host will generate a new map. If the charging dock is far away, it may not be able to recharge automatically. Please manually place the host into the charging dock to recharge.
Cannot chargeEnsure there is enough space around the dock and no dust or obstruction on the dock's surface.
Scheduled cleaning does not workPlease confirm the device is connected to the network. If not connected, scheduled tasks cannot be synchronized.
Host is always offlineEnsure the equipment's distribution network is effective and always within WiFi coverage.
Phone cannot pair with the deviceEnsure the charging dock and host are within WiFi coverage and the signal is good. Follow instructions to reset WiFi, then pair.

Safety Information

Usage Limits

  • This product is intended for domestic floor cleaning only. Do not use outdoors (e.g., open balconies), on non-floor surfaces (e.g., sofas), or in commercial or industrial environments.
  • Do not use in environments with liquid or viscous substances above 40°C or below 0°C.
  • This product should not be used by persons with physical, mental, or cognitive impairments, including children.
  • Do not allow children to use the host as a toy. Supervise children and pets during operation to keep them away.
  • Clear all floor cables before cleaning to prevent power outages or damage to the device from friction.
  • Do not use the radar cover, main unit cover, or collision bumper as handles.
  • Clean the main unit and charging dock during shutdown or when powered off.
  • Do not use to clean burning objects (e.g., unextinguished cigarettes).
  • Do not allow the main unit to vacuum hard or sharp objects (e.g., decoration debris, glass, nails).
  • Do not wipe the product with a damp cloth or any other liquid.
  • Do not place heavy objects on the main unit.
  • Do not place the cleaning brush where children can reach it (the brush head has a sharp blade).
  • Do not place the main unit upside down (the laser radar cannot be placed on the ground).
  • Do not spill liquid into the product (the dustbin can be cleaned and wiped).
  • Keep hair, fingers, pets, etc., away from the main unit's suction port while it is operating.
  • Use this product according to the manual's instructions. The user is responsible for any loss or damage caused by incorrect use.
  • If transporting the product, ensure the main unit is turned off. Use original packaging if possible.
  • If not used for an extended period, turn off the main unit and store it in a cool, dry place after a full charge.

Battery and Charging

  • Do not use batteries, power adapters, or charging stations from other brands.
  • Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the battery or charging dock.
  • Do not place the charging dock near a heat source (e.g., a radiator).
  • Do not wipe the charger with a damp cloth or any other liquid.
  • Do not dispose of used batteries indiscriminately. Dispose of them through professional organizations.
  • If the power cord is broken or frayed, stop using it immediately and contact customer service.
  • Charge at least once a month to prevent battery damage.
  • Incinerating products is prohibited, as the battery may explode.

Warranty Conditions

A new product purchased through the Alza.cz sales network is covered by a 2-year warranty. For repairs or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly. The original proof of purchase with the date of purchase must be presented.

The following are considered conflicts with warranty conditions, for which claims may not be recognized:

  • Using the product for purposes other than intended or failing to follow maintenance, operation, and servicing instructions.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters, unauthorized persons, or buyer's mechanical fault (e.g., during transport, improper cleaning methods).
  • Natural wear and tear of consumables or components during use (e.g., batteries).
  • Exposure to adverse external influences such as sunlight, radiation, electromagnetic fields, fluid ingress, object ingress, network surges, electrostatic discharge (including lightning), faulty power supply voltage, or incorrect polarity, and chemical processes from worn power supplies.
  • Modifications, transformations, alterations to the design, or adaptations to change or expand product functions compared to the original design, or use of non-original components.
