Installation Notes

Installing the Charging Stand

Place the charging stand against a wall on a flat surface. Connect the power cord.

Instructions for Use

Power On/Off

Press and hold the [Start/Stop Button] (U) to power on the host. After booting, press and hold the [Start/Stop Button] (U) to shut down.

Note: When charging, the host automatically turns on and cannot be turned off.

Start/Pause

While the unit is on, short press the [Start/Stop Button] (U) to start whole-house cleaning. Press any button to pause cleaning.

Recommendation: Start cleaning from the charging stand. If the battery is too low, charge before starting. If the battery becomes low during cleaning, the host will automatically return to charge and resume cleaning later.

Charging

Automatic Recharge: The host automatically returns to the charging base when cleaning is complete or the battery is low.

Manual Charging: Press the [Recharge Button] (✔) to start charging. The unit can also be manually placed back on the charging stand.

Note: Ensure the charging pole piece on the robot and the charging stand are clean and in good contact.

Sleep Mode

If there is no operation for over 10 minutes, the host enters sleep mode. It will not enter sleep mode while charging and will automatically shut down after sleeping if power is depleted.

Connect to the Mobile Client

  1. Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network.
  2. Scan the QR code or search for "ProscenicHome" in your mobile app store to download the app. Register and log in.
  3. On the app's home page, select "Add device" and choose "sweeping robot M7 PRO".
  4. Press and hold the [Start/Stop Button] (U) and [Network Configuration Button] (⚙️) for 5 seconds to enter network configuration mode.
  5. Select your WiFi network and enter the password.
  6. On your phone's WLAN list, connect to the "Proscenic-XXXX" device hotspot.
  7. Return to the ProscenicHome app and wait for the network distribution to complete.

Note: For effective control, aim the remote at the front of the main body. The effective distance is 8 meters.

Water Tank Usage

For mopping, attach the mop cloth to the water tank's Velcro. Fill the tank with water through the inlet and close the cover. Insert the water tank into the host. Start mopping by pressing the [Start/Stop Button] (U) or via the app.

Note: Do not use the mopping function on carpets.

Routine Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

Dust Box and Filter Assembly (Recommended Weekly)

  1. Press the dust box release button to remove the dust box.
  2. Open the dust box and empty the contents.
  3. Open the dust cover and remove the filter components (HEPA filter, filter sponge, primary filter).
  4. Shake off debris from the filter net and use the cleaning brush to clean the dust box and filters.
  5. Rinse the dust box with clean water, shake it to remove dirty water, and repeat until clean.
  6. After drying the filters and dust box, reassemble and replace them in the host.

Water Tank (Recommended Every Time)

  1. Press the release button to remove the water tank.
  2. Remove the mop cloth, rinse it with water, and dry it. If using a disposable mop, discard it.
  3. Pour out any remaining water from the water tank and dry the tank.
  4. Once the mop cloth and water tank are dry, reattach the water tank for future use.
  5. Filter Replacement: If water flow is low or absent, replace the tank filter. Pull out old filters and press new ones firmly into place.

Main Brush (Recommended Weekly)

  1. Turn the main unit over. Press the left and right buckles to remove the middle sweep cover.
  2. Pull the roller brush upwards and clean any entangled hair or debris using the cleaning brush.
  3. Replace the roller brush and reinsert the middle sweep cover by aligning its three legs into the slots. Press down and secure the buckle.

Note: For best cleaning results, it is recommended to replace the main brush every 6-12 months.

Side Brush (Recommended Weekly)

  1. Use a screwdriver to unscrew the two side brush screws and remove the side brushes.
  2. Clean any wrapped hair or debris from the side brushes, then reattach them.

Note: For optimal cleaning performance, it is recommended to replace the side brushes every 3-6 months.

Host and Sensor (Recommended Monthly)

Wipe the sensors on the main unit with a soft, dry cloth. This includes:

Charging Stand (Recommended Monthly)

Wipe the charging pole of the charging stand with a soft, dry cloth.

Universal Wheel (Recommended Monthly Cleaning)

  1. Flip the main unit and pull the universal wheel upwards.
  2. Clean hair and dust from the wheel, axle, and support.
  3. Reinstall the universal wheel and press it firmly.

Note: Wash the wheel with water, dry it thoroughly, and then put it back.

Troubleshooting

Fault PromptSolution
Abnormal 1: Laser radar is not blocked.Check or remove foreign objects around the lidar, or move the device to a new location to restart.
Abnormal 2: Please wipe the cliff sensor and move to the new position to start.Wipe the main power cliff sensor and try again (refer to the manual for sensor location).
Abnormal 3: A strong magnetic field is detected, moved to a new location, and then retried.Move the host to a new location and try again.
Abnormal 4: Please check the collision sensor and clear the foreign object around it.Try pressing the front bumper and clearing the foreign object, then restart.
Abnormal 5: The host temperature is abnormal. Please wait for the temperature to return to normal.The host temperature is too high or too low. Wait until the temperature returns to normal before using.
Abnormal 6: Charging is abnormal. Please clean the charging contact area.Check if the original power adapter is used. Check if the charging stand is in the horizontal position.

Common Problems

Abnormal noise during cleaningRoller brush, side brush, or wheels may have foreign objects. Clean after shutdown.
Decrease in cleaning ability or falling out from machineDust box is full, clean the dust box. HEPA components are blocked, clean them. Roller brush is wrapped by foreign matter, clean the main brush.
Unable to connect to WiFiWiFi signal is not good; ensure the host is within good WiFi coverage. WiFi connection is abnormal; reset WiFi and download the latest app. Try connecting again.
Breakpoint cleaningConfirm the host is not in "Do Not Disturb" mode. It will not continue cleaning in this mode. Manually recharging or placing the unit back on the charging stand will lead the machine to not continue from the last interruption.
Cannot return to the charging stand after spot cleaning or moving the positionAfter spot cleaning or long-distance movement, the host may re-generate the map. If the charging stand is far, it may not auto-recharge. Manually place the host back onto the charging stand.
Unable to chargeEnsure enough space around the cradle and no dust or obstruction on the charging base electrode.
Scheduled cleaning does not workConfirm the device is connected to the network. If not, scheduled cleaning cannot be synchronized.
Host is always offlineEnsure successful network distribution and that the host remains within WiFi coverage.
Phone cannot pair deviceEnsure the charging stand and host are within WiFi coverage with a good signal. Follow instructions to reset WiFi and pair again.
