Product Description
Host
The host is the main robot vacuum unit. Key components include:
- Start/Stop Button: Press and hold to turn on/off; short press to start/pause cleaning.
- Recharge Button: Short press to start/pause recharging.
- Network Configuration: Press and hold the "U" and "⚙️" (or similar) buttons for 5 seconds to enter network configuration mode.
- Forced shutdown button: Short press to turn off the unit.
Indicator lights provide status information:
- Solid blue light: Normal working/pause/standby.
- Blue light flash: Powering on/configuring network/upgrading firmware.
- Yellow light flash: Low battery/recharging.
- Green light flash: Charging.
- Solid green light: Fully charged.
- Red light flash quickly: Abnormal/Error.
- Light off: Off/sleep.
Host and Sensor Details
The host is equipped with various sensors for navigation and operation:
- Laser ranging sensor: For mapping and navigation.
- Speaker: For audio notifications.
- Wall-mounted TOF sensor / Infrared auxiliary recharge sensor: For wall detection and returning to the charging base.
- Button: Likely the main power/start button.
- Infrared recharge/anti-collision sensors: For obstacle detection and docking.
- Anti-collision sensor: Detects obstacles.
- Laser head cover pressure sensor: Detects if the laser cover is open.
- Air outlet: For suction.
- Dust box release button: To remove the dust box.
- Dust box: Collects debris.
Bottom view of the host includes:
- Right side brush: Sweeps debris towards the main brush.
- Left drive wheel: For movement.
- Rolling-Brush: The main cleaning brush.
- Left side brush: Sweeps debris.
- Cliff sensor: Prevents falls down stairs.
- Left drive wheel: For movement.
- Middle sweep cover: Covers the main brush.
Charging Base
The charging base is where the robot returns to recharge.
- Indicator light: Shows charging status.
- Signal emitting area: Helps the robot locate the base.
- Charging pole piece: Connects to the robot for charging.
- Front of the charging stand: The side the robot approaches.
- Back of the charging stand: Contains power interface and trough.
- Power interface: For connecting the power adapter.
- Trough: Guides the robot onto the charging contacts.
Dust Box Assembly
The dust box collects dirt and debris. It contains filters for air purification.
- Dust box release button: Releases the dust box.
- Dust box buckle: Secures the dust box.
- Dust box: Container for debris.
- Filter mesh bracket: Holds the filters.
- HEPA filter: Filters fine particles.
- Filter sponge: Pre-filter.
- Dust box flip: Part of the dust box lid.
- Primary filter: Initial stage of filtration.
Water Tank
For mopping function.
- Release button: To detach the water tank.
- Water inlet: For filling water.
- Mop cloth: Attaches to the underside for mopping.
- Paste area: Velcro area for attaching the mop cloth.
- Filter of Water tank: Filters water before dispensing.
Installation Notes
Installing the Charging Stand
Place the charging stand against a wall on a flat surface. Connect the power cord.
Placement Requirements:
- Ensure at least 1.2 meters of clear space in front of the charging stand.
- Ensure at least 0.5 meters of clear space on the left and right sides of the charging stand.
- Note: Do not place the charging stand in direct sunlight.
Instructions for Use
Power On/Off
Press and hold the [Start/Stop Button] (U) to power on the host. After booting, press and hold the [Start/Stop Button] (U) to shut down.
Note: When charging, the host automatically turns on and cannot be turned off.
Start/Pause
While the unit is on, short press the [Start/Stop Button] (U) to start whole-house cleaning. Press any button to pause cleaning.
Recommendation: Start cleaning from the charging stand. If the battery is too low, charge before starting. If the battery becomes low during cleaning, the host will automatically return to charge and resume cleaning later.
Charging
Automatic Recharge: The host automatically returns to the charging base when cleaning is complete or the battery is low.
Manual Charging: Press the [Recharge Button] (✔) to start charging. The unit can also be manually placed back on the charging stand.
Note: Ensure the charging pole piece on the robot and the charging stand are clean and in good contact.
Sleep Mode
If there is no operation for over 10 minutes, the host enters sleep mode. It will not enter sleep mode while charging and will automatically shut down after sleeping if power is depleted.
Connect to the Mobile Client
- Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network.
- Scan the QR code or search for "ProscenicHome" in your mobile app store to download the app. Register and log in.
- On the app's home page, select "Add device" and choose "sweeping robot M7 PRO".
- Press and hold the [Start/Stop Button] (U) and [Network Configuration Button] (⚙️) for 5 seconds to enter network configuration mode.
- Select your WiFi network and enter the password.
- On your phone's WLAN list, connect to the "Proscenic-XXXX" device hotspot.
- Return to the ProscenicHome app and wait for the network distribution to complete.
Remote Control
The remote control allows manual operation:
- Recharge button: Returns the robot to the charging base.
- Arrow key: Controls direction.
- Start/Pause button: Starts or pauses cleaning.
- Mopping mode: Selects mopping function.
- Spot cleaning: Cleans a specific area intensely.
- Mute button: Mutes audio prompts.
- Gear reduction: Decreases suction power.
- Gear plus: Increases suction power.
- Max button: Sets maximum suction power.
Note: For effective control, aim the remote at the front of the main body. The effective distance is 8 meters.
Water Tank Usage
For mopping, attach the mop cloth to the water tank's Velcro. Fill the tank with water through the inlet and close the cover. Insert the water tank into the host. Start mopping by pressing the [Start/Stop Button] (U) or via the app.
Note: Do not use the mopping function on carpets.
Routine Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.
Dust Box and Filter Assembly (Recommended Weekly)
- Press the dust box release button to remove the dust box.
- Open the dust box and empty the contents.
- Open the dust cover and remove the filter components (HEPA filter, filter sponge, primary filter).
- Shake off debris from the filter net and use the cleaning brush to clean the dust box and filters.
- Rinse the dust box with clean water, shake it to remove dirty water, and repeat until clean.
- After drying the filters and dust box, reassemble and replace them in the host.
Water Tank (Recommended Every Time)
- Press the release button to remove the water tank.
- Remove the mop cloth, rinse it with water, and dry it. If using a disposable mop, discard it.
- Pour out any remaining water from the water tank and dry the tank.
- Once the mop cloth and water tank are dry, reattach the water tank for future use.
- Filter Replacement: If water flow is low or absent, replace the tank filter. Pull out old filters and press new ones firmly into place.
Main Brush (Recommended Weekly)
- Turn the main unit over. Press the left and right buckles to remove the middle sweep cover.
- Pull the roller brush upwards and clean any entangled hair or debris using the cleaning brush.
- Replace the roller brush and reinsert the middle sweep cover by aligning its three legs into the slots. Press down and secure the buckle.
Note: For best cleaning results, it is recommended to replace the main brush every 6-12 months.
Side Brush (Recommended Weekly)
- Use a screwdriver to unscrew the two side brush screws and remove the side brushes.
- Clean any wrapped hair or debris from the side brushes, then reattach them.
Note: For optimal cleaning performance, it is recommended to replace the side brushes every 3-6 months.
Host and Sensor (Recommended Monthly)
Wipe the sensors on the main unit with a soft, dry cloth. This includes:
- The 4 cliff sensors located at the bottom of the main unit.
- The wall sensor on the right side of the host.
- The infrared auxiliary recharge sensor.
- The charging pole at the bottom of the main unit.
Charging Stand (Recommended Monthly)
Wipe the charging pole of the charging stand with a soft, dry cloth.
Universal Wheel (Recommended Monthly Cleaning)
- Flip the main unit and pull the universal wheel upwards.
- Clean hair and dust from the wheel, axle, and support.
- Reinstall the universal wheel and press it firmly.
Note: Wash the wheel with water, dry it thoroughly, and then put it back.

Troubleshooting
Fault Prompt | Solution |

Abnormal 1: Laser radar is not blocked. | Check or remove foreign objects around the lidar, or move the device to a new location to restart. |

Common Problems

Unable to connect to WiFi | WiFi signal is not good; ensure the host is within good WiFi coverage. WiFi connection is abnormal; reset WiFi and download the latest app. Try connecting again. |
Breakpoint cleaning | Confirm the host is not in "Do Not Disturb" mode. It will not continue cleaning in this mode. Manually recharging or placing the unit back on the charging stand will lead the machine to not continue from the last interruption. |
Cannot return to the charging stand after spot cleaning or moving the position | After spot cleaning or long-distance movement, the host may re-generate the map. If the charging stand is far, it may not auto-recharge. Manually place the host back onto the charging stand. |
Unable to charge | Ensure enough space around the cradle and no dust or obstruction on the charging base electrode. |

Security Information
Use Limit
- This product is for indoor home use only. Do not use outdoors or in commercial/industrial environments.
- Do not use in environments with liquid or viscous material, or temperatures above 40°C or below 0°C.
- Not intended for use by individuals with physical, mental, or cognitive impairments, including children.
- Do not allow children to use the host as a toy. Supervise children and pets during operation.
- Arrange wires on the ground to prevent entanglement or damage.
- Do not use lidar cover, main unit cover, or bumper as handling equipment.
- Do not use to clean burning objects (e.g., extinguished cigarettes).
- Do not pick up hard or sharp objects (e.g., glass, nails).
- Do not wipe the product with a damp cloth or liquid.
- Do not place heavy objects on the main unit.
- Keep cleaning brushes away from children (sharp brush head).
- Do not place the main unit upside down (laser radar).
- Do not spill liquid into the product.
- Keep body parts, fingers, or pet extremities away from the suction port during operation.
- Use the product according to the manual. The user is responsible for damages caused by improper use.
- For transport, ensure the main unit is turned off and use original packaging if possible.
- If not used for a long time, turn off the unit, place it in a cool, dry place after charging.
- Clean the unit and charging stand during shutdown or power off.
Battery and Charging
- Do not use third-party batteries, power adapters, or charging docks.
- Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the battery or charging stand.
- Do not place the cradle near heat sources (e.g., radiators).
- Do not wipe the charger with a damp cloth or liquid.
- Dispose of batteries responsibly via professional agencies.
- Stop using immediately and contact customer service if the power cord is broken or damaged.
- Charge at least once a month to prevent battery damage.
- Do not incinerate products; the battery may explode.
