This document provides comprehensive instructions for the Proscenic M7 PRO robot vacuum cleaner.

Product Description
Host Overview
The host unit features several components:
- Top: Laser ranging sensor, Speaker, Button, Wall-mounted TOF sensor / infrared auxiliary recharge sensor, Infrared recharge/anti-collision sensors, Anti-collision sensor.
- Bottom: Laser head cover pressure sensor, Infrared auxiliary recharge sensor, Air outlet, Cliff sensors (4), Charging pole piece.
- Underside: Right side brush, Right drive wheel, Rolling-Brush, Left side brush, Left drive wheel, Cliff sensor, Middle sweep cover.
- Controls:
- Start/Stop Button: Long press to power on/off. Short press to start/pause cleaning.
- Recharge Button: Short press to start/pause recharging.
- Network Configuration: Press and hold the [Power/Start Button] and [Network Config Button] simultaneously for 5 seconds.
- Forced Shutdown: Short press to turn off.
- Indicator Lights:
- Solid Blue: Normal operation, pause, or standby.
- Blue Flashing: Powering on, network configuration, or firmware upgrade.
- Yellow Flashing: Low battery or recharging.
- Green Flashing: Charging.
- Solid Green: Fully charged.
- Red Flashing Quickly: Abnormal/Error.
- Light Off: Unit is off or in sleep mode.
Charging Base
Components include: Indicator light, Signal emitting area, Charging pole piece (front); Power interface, Trough (back).
Dust Box Assembly
Includes: Dust box release button, Dust box buckle, Dust box, Filter mesh bracket, HEPA filter, Filter sponge, Dust box flip, Primary filter.
Water Tank
Components include: Release button, Water inlet, Mop cloth, Paste area, Filter of water tank.
Installation Notes
Charging Base Placement
Place the charging base against a wall on a flat surface. Ensure there is at least 1.2 meters (approx. 4 feet) of clear space in front of the base and 0.5 meters (approx. 1.6 feet) on each side for smooth docking and recharging. Do not place the charging base in direct sunlight.
Diagram shows correct placement (✔️) against a wall with clearance, and incorrect placement (❌) not against a wall.
Instructions for Use
Power On/Off
Press and hold the [Power/Start Button] to power on. The host enters standby mode. After booting, press and hold the [Power/Start Button] to shut down. The unit automatically turns on when placed on the charging stand and cannot be turned off during charging.
Start/Pause Cleaning
In the powered-on state, short press the [Power/Start Button] to start whole-house cleaning. Press any button to pause cleaning. It is recommended to start cleaning from the charging stand. Cleaning will not start if the battery is too low. The unit will automatically return to the charging base if power is insufficient during cleaning and will resume after charging.
Charging
The robot automatically returns to the charging base to recharge upon completion of cleaning or when the battery is low. Manual charging can be initiated by pressing the [Power/Start Button] or by placing the powered-off unit back onto the charging base. Ensure the charging pole piece has good contact.
Sleep Mode
The robot enters sleep mode after 20 minutes of inactivity. It does not enter sleep mode while charging. It will automatically shut down if it loses power after entering sleep mode.
Connecting to the Mobile Client
- Ensure your phone is connected to WiFi (2.4GHz recommended).
- Scan the QR code or search for "ProscenicHome" in your mobile app store to download, register, and log in.
- Add Device: On the app's home page, select "Add device", then choose "Sweeping robot" and "M7 PRO".
- Network Configuration: Press and hold the [Power/Start Button] and [Network Config Button] on the robot for 5 seconds.
- Select your connected WiFi network and enter the password.
- Go to your phone's WLAN list and connect to the "Proscenic-XXXX" hotspot.
- Return to the app and wait for the network configuration to complete.
Remote Control
The remote control includes buttons for: Recharge, Arrow keys, Start/Pause, Mopping mode, Spot cleaning, Gear reduction, Mute, Gear plus, and Max button. For optimal performance, use the remote in the front area of the host. The effective range is 8 meters.
Water Tank Usage
To mop floors, attach the mop cloth to the water tank's Velcro, fill the tank with water through the inlet, and close the cover. Insert the water tank into the host. Start mopping by short-pressing the [Power/Start Button] or via the app. Note: Do not use the mopping function on carpets to avoid wetting them.
Routine Maintenance
Dust Box and Filter (Recommended Weekly)
- Press the dust box release button to remove the dust box.
- Empty the dust box into a trash bin.
- Open the dust cover and remove the filter components (HEPA filter, filter sponge).
- Shake dust off the filter net and use the cleaning brush to clean the dust box and filter.
- Rinse the dust box with clean water, shake it left and right, and empty the dirty water. Repeat until clean.
- After drying the filter and dust box, reinstall them into the robot.
Water Tank (Recommended Every Time)
- Press the release button to remove the water tank.
- Remove the mop cloth, rinse with water, and dry it. Discard disposable mop cloths after use.
- Pour out any remaining water from the water tank and dry the tank.
- After the mop and water tank are dry, reinsert them into the device.
- If water flow is low or absent, replace the tank filter: pull out old filters and firmly press in new ones.
Main Brush (Recommended Weekly)
- Turn the main unit over. Press the left and right buckles to remove the middle sweep cover.
- Lift the roller brush upwards and clean entangled hair and debris with the cleaning brush.
- Reinsert the roller brush and align the three legs of the middle sweep cover into the slots. Press down and secure the buckle.
- It is recommended to replace the main brush every 6-12 months for optimal cleaning performance.
Side Brush (Recommended Weekly)
- Use a screwdriver to unscrew the two side brush screws and remove the side brushes.
- After cleaning any entangled hair and debris, replace the side brush.
- It is recommended to replace the side brush every 3-6 months for optimal cleaning performance.
Host and Sensor (Recommended Monthly)
Wipe sensors with a soft, dry cloth:
- 4 cliff sensors on the bottom of the main unit.
- Wall sensor on the right side of the host.
- Infrared auxiliary recharge sensor.
- Charging contacts on the bottom of the main unit.
Charging Base (Recommended Monthly)
Wipe the charging contacts on the charging base with a soft, dry cloth.
Universal Wheel (Recommended Monthly Cleaning)
- Flip the main unit over and pull the universal wheel upwards.
- Clean hair and dust from the wheel, axle, and support.
- Reinstall the universal wheel and press it firmly. Wash, dry, and reinstall.

Troubleshooting
Fault Prompts and Solutions
Fault Prompt | Solution |

Abnormal 1: Laser radar is blocked. | Check or remove foreign objects around the lidar, or move the device to a new location and restart. |
Abnormal 2: Cliff sensor issue. Wipe cliff sensor and move to a new position to start. | Wipe the main cliff sensor and try again (refer to manual for sensor location). |

Common Problems
- Cannot boot: Battery is low; charge before use. Ambient temperature is too low (<0°C) or too high (>50°C).
- Unable to start cleaning: Battery is low; charge before starting. Too many obstacles near the charging stand; place it in an open area. Host is too far from the charging seat; move closer.
- Unable to recharge: Obstacles near charging stand; place in open area. Host too far from charging seat; move closer.
- Abnormal behavior: Reboot after shutdown.
- Abnormal noise during cleaning: Roller brush, side brush, or wheels may have wrapped foreign objects; clean them.
- Decreased cleaning ability or falling out: Dust box is full; clean it. HEPA components are blocked; clean them. Roller brush is wrapped by foreign matter; clean the main brush.
- Unable to connect to WiFi: WiFi signal is poor; ensure good coverage. WiFi connection abnormal; reset WiFi and download the latest app.
- Breakpoint cleaning: Ensure the host is not in "Do Not Disturb" mode.
- Cannot return to charging stand: After spot cleaning or long-distance movement, the map may regenerate. If the charging stand is far, it may not auto-recharge; manually place it back.
- Unable to charge: Ensure enough space around the cradle and no dust/obstruction on charging base electrodes.
- Scheduled cleaning does not work: Confirm the device is connected to the network.
- Host is always offline: Ensure successful network distribution and consistent WiFi coverage.
- Phone cannot pair device: Ensure charging stand and host are within WiFi coverage with a good signal. Reset WiFi and pair again.
Security Information
Use Limit
This product is for indoor home floor cleaning only. Do not use outdoors, in high-temperature environments (>40°C), low-temperature environments (<0°C), or environments with viscous materials. Do not operate with physical, mental, or cognitive impairments, including children. Supervise children and pets during operation. Arrange wires to prevent damage. Do not use covers or bumpers as handling equipment. Do not clean burning objects or sharp objects. Do not wipe with a damp cloth or liquid. Do not place heavy objects on the unit. Keep children away from the cleaning brush (sharp blade). Do not place the unit upside down. Do not spill liquid into the product. Keep body parts and pet fur away from the suction port. Use according to the manual; the user is responsible for damage due to improper use. For transport, turn off the unit and use original packaging. For long-term storage, turn off, clean, and store in a cool, dry place.
Battery and Charging
Use only Proscenic-approved batteries, power adapters, and charging docks. Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the battery or charging stand. Keep the charging stand away from heat sources. Do not wipe the charger with a damp cloth. Dispose of batteries through professional agencies. Stop use and contact customer service if the power cord is broken or damaged. Charge at least once a month. Do not incinerate batteries; they may explode.
