Structure
The diagram illustrates the components of the WOpet Castle WiFi Automatic Pet Feeder. It shows the feeder disassembled into its main parts: the Knob [1], Lid [2], Food tank [3], Display window [4], Button [5], Link stopper [6], Muddler [7], Turnplate [8], Rotating vane [9], Feeder base [10], Control panel [11], Anti-Clog Detector [12], and the Food bowl [13].
Interface Specifications
The control panel diagram shows a Buzzer at the top. Below are three indicator lights: WIFI Indicator (green), Status Indicator (green), and Lock Indicator (green). Three buttons are located below the indicators: a gear icon [⚙️] for 'Reset/Switch to different WLAN connection modes', a microphone icon [?] for 'Recording', and a lock/unlock icon [?/?] for 'Unlock/Manual feeding'.

Assembly Guidelines
1. Take out the accessories
Press buttons [1] and [2] on both sides to lift the barrel, remove the food bowl, adapter, power cord, and other accessories. The diagram shows two buttons on the sides of the feeder barrel. Arrows indicate pressing these buttons to lift the barrel.
2. Machine installation
Install the desiccant. For better preservation, it is recommended to replace the desiccant every 15 days. The diagram shows a knob on the top of the feeder being rotated to remove the top cover. The top cover, when removed, reveals a compartment for desiccant. Press inward the desiccant cap to open it and install the desiccant.
3. Barrel installation
Align the top cover button with the slot in the machine body and press downward. The diagram shows the Food tank being aligned with the feeder body, with arrows indicating downward pressure.
4. Food bowl installation
Align the food bowl with the slot in the base and press inward until the bottom of the food bowl is level with the base. The diagram shows the Food bowl being aligned with the base, with arrows indicating inward pressure until level.
5. Top cover installation
First, adjust the switch to the unlock position. The diagram shows the top cover switch in the 'open position'. Align the protrusion on the top cover with the slot in the barrel and install downward. The diagram shows the top cover being aligned with the barrel, with an arrow indicating downward installation. Rotate the switch clockwise to the locked position. The diagram shows the top cover switch rotated to the 'Lock Position'.
6. Power connection
Supports dual power supply. To avoid power outage affecting machine operation, it is recommended to also install batteries in the machine. The diagram shows the battery cover at the bottom of the feeder, with arrows indicating installation of D batteries. Insert the Type-C power cord as shown in the picture, clip the cord into the slot to prevent it from coming loose.
7. Clean the turnplate
Press the link stopper to remove it from the slot. The diagram shows a link stopper. An arrow indicates pressing it to remove. Rotate the turntable counter-clockwise. The diagram shows the turntable, with an arrow indicating counter-clockwise rotation. Lift the turntable upward to remove it. The diagram shows the turntable being lifted upward for removal.
8. Install the turntable
As shown in the picture, align the turntable with the unlock position on the machine body and install downward. The diagram shows the turntable being aligned with the 'Fuselage position' on the feeder base, with an arrow indicating downward installation. Rotate the turntable clockwise to the locked position, press the link stopper into the slot. The diagram shows the turntable rotated clockwise to the locked position, and the link stopper pressed into the slot.
APP Usage Instructions
1. Download and Installation
Download the 'WOpet Life' app from Google Play (Android) or the Apple Store (iOS). A QR code is presented for downloading the app.
APP Operation Method
User Registration: Open the "WOpet Life" APP, register with an email and activate the account. You can set a 6-20 character password, which must contain at least one letter and one number.
Wi-Fi connection
It supports both 2.4GHz & 5GHz Wi-Fi connections. To ensure signal stability, it is recommended that the device is within 6 meters/19.7ft of the router, without walls or other objects obstructing it. Network pairing is only supported in power supply mode, and APP operations are not supported in battery power mode.
1. Bluetooth Connection Mode
Ensure the mobile phone's Bluetooth is on. Click "Set Up Device" as shown in figure (1). Select the model "Castle FW70&FW70 plus" as shown in figure (2). Plug in the power, confirm that the Wi-Fi indicator light is flashing green, as shown in figure (3). If the WiFi indicator light is not flashing green, long press the unlock button [?/?] for 2 seconds to unlock, or long press the setting button [⚙️] for 5 seconds to reset; the Wi-Fi indicator light will flash green quickly. Confirm that the top right corner is "Bluetooth". Enter the Wi-Fi account and password, as shown in figure (4). The connection process is shown in figure (5). You can set the machine name as shown in figure (6). Successful connection is shown in figure (7). Continue to add devices by clicking the "+" [add icon] in the upper right corner as shown in figures (8) and (9).
2. AP mode connection
Click "Set Up Device" as shown in figure (10). Select "Wi-Fi" mode at the top right corner, confirm that the WIFI indicator light is flashing green quickly, long press [⚙️] for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi indicator light flashes green slowly, then click confirm, as shown in figure (11). Enter the Wi-Fi account and password, as shown in figure (12). Enter the APP hotspot connection interface, as shown in figure (13). Enter the mobile phone's Wi-Fi connection interface, select the SL-WOpet-xxx network to connect, as shown in figure (14). Return to the APP interface, the connection process is shown in figures (15). Change the device name as shown in figure (16). Complete the device connection, as shown in figure (17).
3. Feeding Setting
Manual Feeding: Click on the "WOpet Feeder" icon to enter the feeding settings, click on "Extra Snack" to select the number of portions (each portion 12g), click "Confirm" to complete the manual feeding, as shown in figures (18), (19), and (20).
Set Feeding Plan: Click on "Meal Schedule" to enter the feeding plan, click on "Add a meal", enter "Time, Label, Food quantity" parameter settings, as shown in figures (21), (22), and (23).
4. Device Removal
Click the icon [⚙️] at the top right, as shown in figure (24). Select "Remove Device" at the bottom, as shown in figure (25). Click "Confirm" to complete the device removal, as shown in figure (26).
FAQs
Q: The feeder cannot connect to Wi-Fi
A: 1. Check if the machine is powered correctly. 2. Check if the account and password are correct, and enter the correct account and password (composed of letters, numbers, symbols, etc., 8~16 digits). 3. Check if the feeder is powered by batteries. APP operation is not supported when it is powered by batteries. 4. Email support@wopet.com for assistance. 5. Reset the feeder.
Q: The feeder shows offline
A: 1. Keep the feeder within close range to the router (within 6m/19.7ft), without walls or other objects causing a weak signal. 2. Reset the feeder.
Q: The operation buttons on the panel do not work
A: Check if the child lock light is on. After long pressing the unlock button [?/?] for 2 seconds to unlock, the machine can be operated.
Q: The APP operation does not dispense food properly
A: 1. Check if the power supply is normal, and if the battery power is sufficient when powered by batteries (indicated by the red light). 2. Check if the food bowl is overfilled. If the working indicator light is flashing red slowly, you need to clean the food bowl. 3. Check if the feed bin is empty. If the working indicator light is flashing red quickly, you need to refill it. 4. Check if the rotor is jammed. If the working indicator light is constantly red, remove and clean the rotor to solve the jam. 5. Check if the food size is too large, causing a blockage. The feeder supports dry food with a diameter of 2-15mm/0.08-0.6inch.
Q: The amount of food dispensed is not the same:
A: When food is just added to the machine, the first portion will be less. This is normal. After the third portion, the same amount will be dispensed.
