First-Time Setup: Bluetooth Pairing
Step 1: Enable Bluetooth
Turn on Bluetooth in your device's settings.
Step 2: Prepare Headphones
Press and hold the power button for over 10 seconds. The logo will flash blue and white, indicating the headphones are ready to pair with a Bluetooth device.
Step 3: Connect Device
Select 'JLab Flex Sport' in your device's settings. A double beep followed by a solid blue light indicates the connection is established.

Pairing Additional Devices
For each additional device, repeat the first-time setup. The Flex Sport headphones remember up to 8 devices and automatically connect to the last device used. To connect to a different device, turn off Bluetooth on previously paired devices and enable it on the desired device.
Important Notes:
- Bluetooth is a wireless radio technology sensitive to obstructions. Maintain a range of up to 10 meters (33 feet) without major obstacles like walls.
- Headphones automatically reconnect to the last paired device upon powering on. Only one device can be connected at a time. To pair a new device, disconnect from the current one in your Bluetooth settings.
- If the Bluetooth connection drops, manually reconnect the device.
