First Setup: Pairing via Bluetooth
- On your device, turn on Bluetooth.
- Press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds. The logo will blink blue and white, indicating the headphones are ready to pair with your Bluetooth device.
- On your device's settings, select "JLab Flex Sport". You will hear two audible beeps, followed by a solid blue light, indicating you are connected.

Pairing New / Additional Devices via Bluetooth
For each additional device, follow the First Setup procedure. The Flex Sport will remember up to 8 devices and automatically connect to the last paired device. If multiple devices were previously paired, turn off Bluetooth on devices you do not wish to use, and turn on Bluetooth on the devices you want to use.
Notes:
- Bluetooth is a wireless transmission technology, sensitive to objects between the headphones and the connected device. The headphones are designed for use within a range of 33 feet (10 meters) from the connected device, without major objects (like walls) in between.
- Once successfully connected, the headphones will remember your device and automatically pair when turned on. Only one device can be connected at a time. To pair a second device, first disable pairing on the first device's settings.
- If the Bluetooth connection is lost for any reason, manually reconnect your device via Bluetooth.
Button Functions
- Volume Up: 1 click ➕
- Next Track: Press and hold for over 1 second ▶️
- Power On/Off: Press and hold for over 3 seconds ⏻
- Play/Pause / Answer/Hang Up: 1 click ▶️/⏸️
- Siri (iOS) or "OK Google" (Android): 2 clicks ?️
- Pairing: Follow the first setup procedure.
- Volume Down: 1 click ➖
- Previous Track: Press and hold for over 1 second ⏪
Ambient Noise Control On/Off: 1 click. (Flex Sport will allow ambient noise in if active.)
EQ Change: Press and hold for over 2 seconds. (Flex Sport will cycle through 3 EQ settings.)
- JLab Signature: 1 audible beep. JLab C3™ sound with boosted vocals and bass.
- Ausgewogen (Balanced): 2 audible beeps. Balanced sound without additional boost.
- Bass Boost: 3 audible beeps. Enhanced bass and sub-bass.

Headband Adjustment
- Attaching: Bend the joints, then align the locking channels to the earcups. Clip the headband onto both sides. (Under each band, you will find FLEXFIT or FIRMFIT.)
- Removing: Bend the joints, then locate the headband groove. Pull outwards with your finger to unclip.
Optional Headband Pads: Insert into the double lock on one of the channels on the inner side of the headband. Repeat in the same position on the other side.

Removable Ear Cushions
To remove, grip the cushion and pull straight out.
If machine washing, place ear cushions in a travel pouch before the spin cycle. Machine wash on a delicate cycle. Tumble dry, no heat. ??

Charging
Note: The Flex Sport can be charged whether it is on or off.
Open the protective cover on the bottom of the Flex Sport headphones to connect the USB-C cable and charge via the USB port. ⚡
A white light indicates charging is in progress, and a blue light indicates the device is fully charged. ?

Caution
- Avoid moisture or liquids on the headphone earcups.
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
- Avoid dropping or crushing the headphones, straining the cable by pulling quickly or with excessive force, or bending the cable at sharp angles.
- Earwax may accumulate on the earcups, leading to reduced sound quality. Carefully remove wax with a cotton swab or other small tool to restore sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or temporarily stop using the headphones.
- If you experience persistent discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
- We recommend treating your headphones like quality sunglasses and storing them safely when not in use. ⚠️
