Activate Bluetooth in your device's settings.
[Visual: On your device's settings menu, navigate to the Bluetooth section and ensure it is toggled on.]
Step 2: Enter Pairing Mode
Press and hold the power button for over 10 seconds. The logo light will flash blue and white, indicating the headphones are ready to pair with your Bluetooth device.

Step 3: Connect to Device
Select "JLab Flex Sport" in your device's Bluetooth settings. A voice prompt will emit two chimes, followed by a solid blue light, indicating connection.
[Visual: Your device's Bluetooth menu will show 'JLab Flex Sport' as available. Once connected, a solid blue light will appear on the headphones.]
Bluetooth Pairing with New / Additional Devices
Follow the FIRST TIME SETUP for each additional device. The Flex Sport can memorize up to 8 devices and will automatically connect to the last device it was paired with. If multiple devices were previously paired, disable Bluetooth on unwanted devices and enable Bluetooth on the chosen device to connect during the next use.
Notes:
- Bluetooth is a wireless radio technology, sensitive to objects between the headphones and the connected device. The headphones are designed for use within 33 feet (10 meters) of the connected device, with no large objects (like walls) in between.
- Once successfully connected, the headphones will memorize the device and pair automatically when turned on later. Only one device can be connected at a time. To pair a different device, you must first unpair the current device in Bluetooth settings.
- If the Bluetooth connection is lost for any reason, manually reconnect your Bluetooth device.
