Welcome and Product Information
Thank you for choosing 4ModernHome. This manual provides instructions for assembling your T261 lamp.
The lampshade may arrive rolled and may have temporary wrinkles or creases. These are not defects and will typically resolve within several days or weeks as the lampshade regains its natural shape.
Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly:
- Assemble the shade by attaching the sides together using Velcro. Align the frame with the edge of the lampshade and secure it in place using fasteners. Repeat for the second frame, ensuring frames are firmly attached and lampshades are tightly stretched.
- Install the harps onto the lamp base by positioning them over the sockets. (Illustration showing harps being positioned over lamp sockets.)
- Insert the bulb into the socket and rotate it clockwise until securely in place. (Bulbs are not included). (Illustration showing a bulb being inserted into a socket and rotated clockwise.)
- Once the lampshade is positioned correctly, screw the finial into place to hold it securely. If the lampshade is slanted, adjust the base of the finial to make it level. (Illustration showing the adjustment of a finial to ensure the lampshade is level.)
- Unpack all parts from cartons carefully.
- During assembly, prevent the power cord from twisting.
- Stuff cord into the Body (A), then tighten the Tube (B) into the body (A) until tight.
- Adjust the height of the retractable tube (D) by the elevating screw (C).
- Place the harp (F) onto the saddle (E).
- Place the shade (G) onto the harp (F).
- Tighten the finial (H) into the harp (F) until tight.

The lamp assembly consists of the following parts: A (Body) at the base, connected to B (Tube). C (Elevating screw) is used to adjust the height of D (Retractable tube). E (Saddle) connects to the top of the retractable tube. F (Harp) attaches to the saddle. G (Shade) fits onto the harp. H (Finial) screws onto the harp to secure the shade.

General Caution
CAUTION: Risk of fire ?. Please read all instructions carefully. Before proceeding with installation, ensure that the power supply is turned off and remains off until installation is completed. Electrical connections are indicated as L (Line) and N (Neutral).
Electrical Safety
It is highly recommended to have an electrician install this light. Ensure the electricity is turned off at the main circuit breaker before beginning installation.
If any special control devices are used with this fixture, follow the instructions carefully to assure full compliance with N.E.C. requirements. If there are any questions, contact a qualified electric contractor.

All glass is fragile. Use care when handling glass component(s) and/or lamp(s).
