Assembly Instructions
[Step 1]: Frame Assembly - Base Structure
Begin by assembling the base frame. Connect main structural tubes using specified connectors. For example, connect Ø38 mm tubes (35355) with Ø54/42 connectors (30526, 30529, 30894, 30895). Note the specified angles for certain connectors, such as 110° for 30526 and 30894, and 140° for 30527 and 30528. Ensure tubes like 35114 and 35113 are correctly oriented and joined.
[Step 2]: Frame Assembly - Upper Structure & Bracing
Continue building the frame by connecting upper structural elements. Use M8 bolts (33417, 33418) and M8 nuts (30535) to secure these connections. Attach Ø25 mm components (30518, 30517) to reinforce the structure as indicated.
[Step 3]: Frame Assembly - Additional Connections
Use M6 bolts (33413) and M6 nuts (33416) for additional frame connections. Secure Ø25 mm components (30517, 30518) to the frame as shown.
[Step 4]: Tensioning Straps and Dimensions
Attach tensioning straps (31719_E, 4620 mm length) to provide stability. The diagram also illustrates the overall dimensions of the tent for the 8 m, 10 m, and 12 m widths.
[Step 5]: Roof Cover Attachment - Initial
Begin attaching the main roof cover. Use M8 bolts (33418) and M8 nuts (30535) to connect Ø50 mm parts (35133, 1783 mm) to the frame.
[Step 6]: Roof Cover Attachment - Mid-section
Continue securing the roof cover sections to the frame, ensuring proper alignment with parts like 35133.
[Step 7]: Roof Cover Attachment - Side Sections
Attach side roof sections. Use M6 bolts (33415) and M6 nuts (30407) to connect Ø25 mm parts (35113, 1408 mm). Ensure connections to frame parts (35114, 35133, 35355, 30526, 30529) are made correctly.
[Step 8]: Roof Cover Attachment - End Sections
Attach end roof sections. Use M8 bolts (33418) and M8 nuts (30535) to connect Ø50 mm parts (35132, 1807 mm) to the frame. Secure to frame components such as 35132, 35123, 35124, 35122, 35123, 35125.
[Step 9]: Roof Cover Attachment - Repeat
Repeat the process for attaching roof sections, using M8 bolts (33418) and M8 nuts (30535) with Ø50 mm parts (35133, 1783 mm).
[Step 10]: Roof Cover Attachment - Repeat Side Sections
Repeat the process for attaching side roof sections, using M6 bolts (33415) and M6 nuts (30407) with Ø25 mm parts (35113, 1408 mm).
[Step 11]: Roof Cover Attachment - Repeat End Sections
Repeat the process for attaching end roof sections, using M8 bolts (33418) and M8 nuts (30535) with Ø50 mm parts (35132, 1807 mm). Ensure connections to frame components like 35132, 35124, 35122, 35132, 35123, 35132, 35123, 35125 are made.
[Step 12]: Side Panel and Frame Reinforcement
Attach side panels and reinforce the frame structure. Use M8 bolts (33417, 33418, 30535) and connect tubes like 31159 (600 mm), 31259 (1000 mm), 31716 (1580 mm), 31133 (1580 mm), and 35355 (1920 mm) using appropriate connectors and bolts.
[Step 13]: Final Tensioning Straps and Dimensions
Attach the final tensioning strap (35135, 5130 mm) for overall stability. The diagram also shows the overall dimensions for the 8 m, 10 m, and 12 m widths.
[Step 14]: Final Component Attachment
Attach the final component, part 31717, to secure the structure.
[Step 15]: Final Frame Connections
Complete the frame assembly by making final connections. Use M8 bolts (33417, 32361) and connect parts like 30410, 30409, and Ø25 mm part 30993 (1880 mm).
[Step 16]: Base Anchoring
Secure the tent to the ground using base anchors (30047) at all designated points.
