Product Overview

This document provides assembly instructions and a comprehensive parts list for the TOOLPORT OUTLANDER series of fabric structures. These structures are available in three standard sizes: 6 meters by 8 meters, 6 meters by 10 meters, and 6 meters by 12 meters. Preparation

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Frame Base and First Level

Assemble the main frame structure. Connect vertical poles (35355) with horizontal and diagonal braces (35119, 35113) using angled connectors (30526, 30529, 30894, 30895) at specified angles (110°, 140°). The diagram shows the initial framework assembly, including dimensions like 1920mm and 755mm for specific pole lengths.

Step 2: Main Frame Construction

Continue building the main frame structure. This step involves connecting various frame elements using bolts (M8 x 50mm, M8 x 70mm) and nuts (M8). The diagram illustrates the overall frame taking shape.

Step 3: Adding Specific Frame Sections

Step 4: Tensioning and Overall Dimensions

Step 5: Attaching the Cover

Step 6: Securing the Cover

Step 8: Reinforcing Frame Connections

Step 11: Securing Base Plates

Step 12: Final Frame Connections

Complete the frame assembly by connecting various tubes (35355, 31718_E) and using connectors (31159, 31259) with M8 bolts (M8 x 50mm, M8 x 70mm) and M8 nuts (M8). The diagram shows detailed connection points at the base of the structure.

Step 13: Tensioning Cables
