Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Frame Base and First Level
Assemble the main frame structure. Connect vertical poles (35355) with horizontal and diagonal braces (35119, 35113) using angled connectors (30526, 30529, 30894, 30895) at specified angles (110°, 140°). The diagram shows the initial framework assembly, including dimensions like 1920mm and 755mm for specific pole lengths.
Parts shown: 35119, 35355, 30526, 30529, 30894, 30895.
Step 2: Main Frame Construction
Continue building the main frame structure. This step involves connecting various frame elements using bolts (M8 x 50mm, M8 x 70mm) and nuts (M8). The diagram illustrates the overall frame taking shape.
Parts shown: M8 bolts (33417, 33418), M8 nuts (30535).
Step 3: Adding Specific Frame Sections
Attach specific frame sections using Ø25 mm tubes (30514, 30515) and M6 bolts (M6 x 30mm) with M6 nuts (M6). The diagram highlights connections for specific parts of the frame.
Parts shown: Ø25 mm tubes (30514, 30515), M6 bolts (33413), M6 nuts (33416).
Step 4: Tensioning and Overall Dimensions
Install tensioning cable assemblies (30627) to stabilize the structure. The diagram also displays the overall dimensions for the 8m, 10m, and 12m models, showing grid layouts.
Parts shown: Tensioning cable assembly (30627).
Step 5: Attaching the Cover
Begin attaching the fabric cover to the assembled frame. The diagram shows the cover being draped over the structure.
Parts shown: Cover, M8 bolts (33418), M8 nuts (30535), Ø50 mm tube (35133).
Step 6: Securing the Cover
Secure the fabric cover to the frame using straps (35133). Arrows indicate attachment points along the frame.
Parts shown: Straps (35133).
Step 7: Attaching Cover Sections
Continue attaching cover sections. This step uses Ø25 mm tubes (35113) with M6 bolts (M6 x 55mm) and M6 nuts (M6). The diagram shows a close-up of cover attachment points.
Parts shown: Ø25 mm tube (35113), M6 bolts (33415), M6 nuts (30407).
Step 8: Reinforcing Frame Connections
Reinforce frame connections using Ø50 mm tubes (35132) and M8 bolts (M8 x 70mm) with M8 nuts (M8). The diagram illustrates how these components are attached to the main frame.
Parts shown: Ø50 mm tube (35132), M8 bolts (33418), M8 nuts (30535).
Step 9: Attaching Cover to Frame
Attach the fabric cover to the frame using Ø50 mm tubes (35133) and M8 bolts (M8 x 70mm) with M8 nuts (M8). Arrows indicate the direction of attachment.
Parts shown: Ø50 mm tube (35133), M8 bolts (33418), M8 nuts (30535).
Step 10: Attaching Cover Sections
