Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Base Frame Assembly
Assemble the base frame. This involves connecting various frame tubes and connector pieces. Key components include frame tubes like 35112 (1920 mm), 31134 (1490 mm), and 35355 (1920 mm). Use connector tubes such as 35112 and 35355. Additional connector pieces like 31137 and 31138 are used for roof support connections. The diagram shows the layout of the base structure with specific part numbers indicated at connection points. Ensure the frame is square and stable.
Step 2: Roof Structure Assembly
Begin assembling the roof structure. Attach roof support members to the base frame. Use fasteners such as M8 screws (e.g., 33417, 33418) and M8 nuts (30535). Part 33096 may be a protective cap or cover piece. Arrows in the diagram indicate the points of attachment. Zoomed-in views provide detail on how parts 31137/31138 and 33096 connect to the main frame (e.g., 31134).
Step 3: Frame Reinforcement and Tensioning
Continue building the frame, adding diagonal bracing and tensioning elements. This step involves using components like M6 screws (33413) and M6 nuts (33416), Ø25mm connector tubes (30358), and turnbuckles (30081) with cables/ropes (30080). Part 33096 is also shown. Diagrams illustrate the connection of these parts to the frame members (e.g., 33413 to 30358, and the turnbuckle assembly). Ensure all connections are secure and cables are properly tensioned.
Step 4: Attaching the Roof Cover
Drape the main roof cover over the assembled frame. The diagram shows an arrow indicating the direction of placement, suggesting the cover is pulled over the structure.
Step 5: Securing Side Panels (Part 1)
Attach the first set of side panels to the frame. This step utilizes components like Ø50mm connector tubes (35127) and fasteners such as M8 screws (33418) and M8 nuts (30535). Arrows indicate the attachment points on the frame. The diagram shows multiple instances of part 35127 being secured to the frame.
Step 6: Securing Side Panels (Part 2)
Continue attaching side panels. This step involves using M6 screws (33414, 33415) and M6 nuts (30407), along with Ø25mm connector tubes (35113). The diagram shows these parts being attached to the frame structure.
Step 7: Attaching Roof Panels (Part 1)
Attach roof panels to the frame. This step uses Ø50mm connector tubes (35126) and fasteners such as M8 screws (33418) and M8 nuts (30535). Arrows indicate the attachment points on the roof structure. The diagram shows multiple instances of part 35126 being secured.
Step 8: Attaching Roof Panels (Part 2)
Continue attaching roof panels. This step utilizes Ø50mm connector tubes (35127) and fasteners such as M8 screws (33418) and M8 nuts (30535). Arrows indicate the attachment points on the roof structure. The diagram shows multiple instances of part 35127 being secured.
Step 9: Securing Side Panels (Part 3)
Attach more side panels. This step involves using M6 screws (33414, 33415) and M6 nuts (30407), along with Ø25mm connector tubes (35113). The diagram shows these parts being attached to the frame structure.
Step 10: Attaching Roof Panels (Part 3)
Attach further roof panels. This step uses Ø50mm connector tubes (35126) and connector pieces (35120, 35121, 35122). Fasteners include M8 screws (33418) and M8 nuts (30535). Arrows indicate the attachment points on the roof structure. Zoomed-in views show specific connection details for parts 35121 and 35122.
Step 11: Final Frame and Side Panel Attachment
Complete the frame assembly and attach remaining side panels. This step involves parts like 31159, 31182 (1410 mm), and 35355 (1920 mm). Fasteners include M8 screws (33417, 33418) and M8 nuts (30535). Arrows indicate attachment points. Zoomed-in views show specific connections, such as 31182 to 35355, and the assembly of fasteners (30535, 33418, 33417, 31159) to frame part 35355.
Step 12: Attaching the Main Cover
Attach the main cover (part 31717) to the completed frame. The diagram shows the cover being positioned and secured. A zoomed-in view illustrates the connection of part 31717 to the frame.
Step 13: Securing Front/Back Panels and Anchoring
Secure the front and back panels, and anchor the structure. This step uses components like 30410, 30409 (Ø25mm), 30993, and fasteners such as M8 screws (33417) and M8 nuts (32361). The diagram shows these parts being attached to the frame. Zoomed-in views highlight specific connections for parts 30993, 30410, and the combination of 33417+32361.
Step 14: Completed Structure
The final diagram shows the fully assembled TOOLPORT OUTLANDER tent. Part 30047 is indicated at various points, likely representing the cover or anchoring elements.
